stayed for 1 month. nice place in the city to explore. good host. good wifi. feel like home. make sure you let them know exactly what you need. make sure they understand and they will gladly help you.

For those planning to stay, take note that the room is on 3rd floor, and you'll go up by stairs. I was given the room on the left at first. The room itself is basic, and I have no problem with it, except the AC was not cool enough and the mattress is pretty hard for me, I can hardly get a good sleep. So I tried to speak up to Chaleaf since I will be staying for almost 12 days, and he's been very helpful. I was then moved to the second room, the one on the right side, and have no problems since. Location wise, I like it since 7-11 is very close by. Also there are some night markets nearby, like 10-15 mins by walking. Or if you prefer to go a bit further, Grab or Bolt is very easy to book also. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

Loved this apt, compact yet all I required, everything worked and the host could not have been more helpful. I hope to return🙏🏻

Very friendly and lovely people! Room was clean and comfortable.

As usual, had a good rest away from the noise. It’s generally quiet in the neighborhood, occasionally on holidays there could be noise from people celebrating in the evening but it’s far enough away. Since it’s so quiet, it’s easy to hear if somebody is noisy in an adjacent room or the corridor, but I stayed here multiple times and it was only a problem one night when some guests returned from partying after midnight (luckily, they went to sleep quickly). It’s also nice that the outside A/C unit doesn’t make much noise when you’re using it. Sometimes you can hear birdsong. Thanks to the hosts for safely keeping my luggage while I’m away. Thanks to spacious cozy rooms and convenient location I’d say it’s suitable for moderately long stays (like a week). First floor rooms seem to have the same layout and are consistently prepared, no surprises if you need to move to another room or stay another time.

Free motorcycles make the listing very cost-effective.It's about 15 minutes by car from Tha Phae Gate and some central areas.The host's mother and another lady run the homestay, and they are very friendly, although the language is a bit incomprehensible.They also sent us handmade food, thank you very much. The only downside is that the wifi signal is sometimes unstable, and the door occasionally drops the connection after 8pm, and you need to call the host's mother to open the door. Fortunately, we came back early, otherwise it would be very embarrassing. I hope the host can solve this problem. Sorry we didn't say goodbye because we were catching an early flight. Hope to see you again :)

Cozy place with plenty of space. The accommodation has a deep pool and the possibility of a small breakfast. We rented scooters. Unfortunately, one of them stopped working after a few rides. However, we were not charged for the day. The staff on site was very friendly. However, when visiting Pai, one should keep in mind that the water in this area often comes out of the tap brown, there are more power outages and there are a lot of insects. If that doesn't bother you, you'll have a great time in Pai.

The place is great, clean and nice. For the price is good value with wonderful location. Near Maya mall and nimman road. Recommend who need a good price with great location.

Two of my friends and I stayed here for three nights in Chiang Mai. We couldn’t ask for better location! Charles is quick to answer and the place is both clean and modern. Has all necessary amenities! Definitely recommend.

Lovely place. Great Location. Cool AC and good wifi (three of us were working remote). We especially enjoyed the rooftop area in the evenings - once the sun went down. Very helpful staff on hand. We all agreed the beds were comfortable. Very close to several markets (morning & night). Only minor issue with the room was that the refrigerator did not work very well - but not much of a concern as we ate out almost every meal. We would definitely stay here again.

Amy is a fantastic host, clear communication and did everything possible to help me locate Creativitea and to enjoy my stay. Her local knowledge is such a great resource for anyone visiting Chiang Mai. The venue itself is in a quiet location and yet so accessible to the highlights of Nimman, Old City, Suthep and more. Highly recommended

We had a great stay in the apartment. The gym on the top floor was a great addition (we booked Astra keeping in mind that we want to have a gym) - fully equipped, machines, weights. The apartment was clean and we had quite a nice view. It was always quiet. The host replied very fast whenever we had any questions. The location is good - just a few minutes by scooter from the city center, a few minute walking distance from the supermarket and the night market.

The location of the house is next door to Shangri-La, very convenient, very close to the internet-famous Mario pork rice, there is an infinity pool on the rooftop, it is relatively convenient to take a taxi to Maya and the centre, the host is great to communicate with, will give us tips and help with everything

This has the be one of my favourite places to stay in Chiang Mai. The room is spacious, clean and the hotel is beautiful. The staff are so helpful and amazing. I will definitely be staying here again next year when I visit.

My girlfriend and I had a great time here. The location is really close to Nimman with tons of restaurants close by too. The place was clean and the space was big enough for two. Penny was a great host and went out of her way to help us out when we had a concern. We would recommend!

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The apartment is well-equipped and comfortable. While the location is not that walkable, with a motorbike, it was convenient. I enjoyed doing yoga in the morning sun on the turf next to the pool every morning. While this was only a temporary inconvenience, it is worth mentioning that on five evenings, there was noise from live music performances in the mall's parking lot across the busy road. I appreciate the hospitality of the host and the quality of the accommodation.

I really enjoyed my stay here, this unit has everything you need to be comfortable whether it’s be for short term or long term! Kulthida was very responsive and helpful when i would reach out. I highly recommend this location.

A place like home, one of my favorite stays in Chiang Mai for many years.The owner is very friendly, often willing to provide warm help and travel advice, the room is as described, very neat, fully equipped, the internet speed is very good, and there is a large TV where you can watch Netflix, there is a washing machine available in the lobby, the rooftop can dry your clothes and is a comfortable place to watch the sunset.There are 7-Eleven and Mini BigC in the neighborhood, lots of local food stores, and the large Big C, Makro and Lotus if you're a little further away, which is very convenient.Although the location is not the main tourist area, it is very close to the airport, as long as you have a car, it is still very convenient to get to various tourist spots, there is parking outside the door, and the owner also offers bicycle rental, which can be counted as a one-stop service.In summary it is a very good value place to stay and will stay again next time.
