I had really a fantastic experience staying at Alok’s place! The property was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. Apartment was spotless and very comfortable. Everything I needed was provided, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The bed was cozy. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting to goa.

I can’t express in words how beautiful and perfect the stay was. Firstly, it matched the description and pictures perfectly. As soon as we entered, all of us were in awe. Our caretaker Chandan was very sweet and welcoming. He offered cooking for us and I must tell you, what food he prepared! It was delicious. There are multiple great things about this BnB. The pool of course is the highlight. The space is huge and feels like luxury. I surely recommend this BnB to fellow travellers who like mix of home and luxury vibe. We really loved our stay at Harmeeta’s apartment. Everything was well taken care of right from check in till check out. When Harmeeta said she is just a call or text away she really meant it, which was so impressive. We had face some wifi issues and contacted the host re the same. The ticket was raised immediately with the service provider and was fixed within minutes. The apartment is extremely beautiful and so clean. Indeed we felt like home away from home over here. The host is approachable and so kind. The caretakers deserves a separate appreciation for taking care of us and being so friendly and always welcoming and considering our needs. Special thanks to Chinmay and the other staff. Highly highly recommend considering this place to stay in for your next Goa trip. Worth every penny!! Cant thank you enough Harmeeta. All the best. The location was fantastic—close to all the popular beaches, cafes, and nightlife spots, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet when needed. It served as the perfect base for exploring North and South Goa. Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the stay. From local recommendations to smooth check-in/check-out, everything was handled with professionalism and warmth. The Wi-Fi was strong, the air-conditioning worked great (a must in Goa’s weather), and we appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and clean bathrooms. It really felt like a home away from home. The place is minimalistic and gorgeous, has all the amenities one can ask for. The society is beautiful and equipped with all facilities, the host is responsive and helped us all throughout. The airport is just at a 10 min distance. We had an early morning flight and could easily get a cab from here, overall a great stay.

Sumit had decorated his home quite nicely and thoughtfully. It was relaxing and welcoming. The locality seemed to be decent and peaceful. His kitchens were stocked, rooms were clean and the complex was silent.

It was a great pleasure to spend our vacation in this apartments. Exceptional view, private territory, swimming pool. We felt at home and even little regretted to leave this beautiful place. Everything is available for short and long term stay. A small recommendation - to keep a flat mop so it’s easy to clean floor. I definitely would recommend this apartments.

Spacious 2bhk Good ventilation Furniture,kitchen setup, washing machine all things are in good condition Good and responsible host, throughout communicative If you’re planning to visit both south and north goa you can consider staying here. It’s kinda in middle 50 from south and 40 from north.Nearest beach is 6 kms from this property. Overall worth staying since price was on lesser side and got all we needed in a house for our south goa trip.

Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. Everything else was perfect and more! Thankyou for having us

Loved this Bali-style stay in Colva! Super clean property, premium linen and had all the promised amenities and looked better than photos. Big private terrace, cozy plunge pool with skylight was amazing. Leena Kapoor is a great host. she helped with all the restaurants and popular spots to cover in Goa. Can’t wait to come back in December!
