One bedroom basement suite, located in promontory heights. Nice, and peaceful place close hiking, trails, rivers and lakes. Hot tub is exclusively used by our guests. Basement suite has its own private entranced. One very comfy Queen size bed, with a separate living room and private bathroom with stand up shower. Coffee maker, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, this is not a full kitchen. This is perfect for a relax get away for 2 people. ***No parties or gatherings/no smoking on property***

We had a great stay with Jason! The bed was very comfortable, and the suite was huge! The hosts were extremely quiet, you would never know they had children. We were visiting and eating with family so we didn't need the kitchen, other than the kettle, but it seemed as if they had everything need if you wanted to eat in! The traffic on the way up to Promontory was very busy, but that was expected from past experience living in Chilliwack. It was perfectly clean and tidy, and easy to find. We will definitely stay here again!

Apartment was great and exactly as described. As a solo traveller it had everything I wanted. Shannons communication was excellent and she answered several questions I had about the local area before I arrived very promptly which was helpful to allow me to plan my trip. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and a very nice part of town. Will definitely use again if I visit town as solo traveller again.

This is a lovely home, sparkling clean and has everything you could need. The bed is super comfortable and the linens good quality. The host is great with communications and available for any questions during the stay. We only stayed one night as a stop on the way back to Vancouver airport but we would happily have stayed longer.
