Renovated in 2022! This home is in a central location off of Maravista on a quiet street. Close to everything Falmouth has to offer! Grocery stores (.5 mile), beach (1.5 miles), Great Pond walking path (.5 mile), downtown Falmouth (1.5 miles) and Island Queen ferry to Martha's Vineyard (1.4 miles). Please note: - Home is professionally cleaned between guests and treated by Terminix, though the occasional bug can still appear. - A car is recommended on Cape Cod.
