Located on 2 private acres, it features a fully equipped cabin, a fire pit area, a natural pool, trails, and access to a stream. Enjoy the tranquility, excellent weather, and complete privacy, making it an ideal spot to relax, meditate, or spend time with family and friends. Just 15 minutes from Perquin, Morazán, it is the perfect place to disconnect from everything and reconnect with nature.

It has a very comfortable and equipped living room-kitchen. The room is spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom is very spacious, clean and large with a hot water shower. The apartment is very cozy. You're going to like it.
