The house, 150 m2 (200 including terraces) and 600 m2 of garden, is a typical Andalusian tile construction totally and perfectly equipped and decorated with style, for maximum comfort and enjoyment. From 01-01-2026, only vehicles with at least a B card will be able to access the parking lot, and from 01-01-2027, only vehicles with a ZERO or ECO environmental card will be able to access the parking lot, or they will have to park in a nearby public parking lot.

The house is situated in a pine forest area with large plots. It is a quiet area where only the birds are heard since the paths are dead-end and only the people we live here pass by. It is ideal for spending a few days authentic resting. We are halfway from the village and the beach, about 3 km each, and very close to large supermarkets, restaurants, etc... Close to the house there are walking paths and a large public pine forest with facilities for sports or picnics.
