Charming country house on a 700-meter garden plot, with a natural stone pool, pergola, solar shower, located at the gates of a large public pine forest, five minutes by car and about 30 minutes walk from an extraordinary beach along a forest road through the pine forest. It is very close to the historic center and La Caleta beach. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacy and hospital. It is very safe and quiet. It has ample parking, free for a large car or four motorcycles. From 01-01-2026, only vehicles with at least a B card will be able to access the parking lot, and from 01-01-2027, only vehicles with a ZERO or ECO environmental card will be able to access the parking lot, or they will have to park in a nearby public parking lot.
