Allen's Landing Lake Front Getaway

Welcome to Allen's Landing, our charming lake front cottage on the shore of beautiful Lake Iroquois. The cottage sleeps two adults (there are two bedrooms, and each with a double bed if you want to share). We also take dogs! It's perfect for hikers, adventurers, or anyone looking to unplug and relax. Important note: There is potable water (sinks and showers) inside but you have to pee in a (very clean and not smelly!) portable toilet located outside. (Sorry, environmental regulations.)

LakeTime is ideally located between Burlington (20 min) and the Green Mountains and offers convenient access to the airport, Burlington, hiking, mountain biking, skiing (Bolton Valley, Stowe Mtn and Sugarbush are all within 1 hr), and breweries. This well-appointed home is directly on the lake. You can paddle board, kayak, paddle boat, swim, fish or have some s'mores or cornhole by the fire pit. All outdoor toys are available to you.

Open loft with full bathroom, air conditioning throughout. Pool table and washer & dryer in the basement!

Millie's On Point

Millie sits on Lake Champlain and the Colchester Bog (one of the only natural bogs left in the northeast.) She is one of a few original Cottages left on Mills Point. Millie is 60 yrs old, no granite countertops or stainless steel appliances. She has amazing views of the lake, the Green Mountains, native flowers/birds/deer/foxes etc. in their natural habitat. Private beach & boat access for our guests use. For over 20 years our guests say she’s clean, cozy & adorably quirky.

Vertopia Cottage on the Lake

Sit back, relax, and enjoy beautiful sunsets over Lake Champlain with views of the Adirondacks. It's a quick 30 minute drive to downtown Burlington. The islands have a great variety of restaurants and breweries all within a 5-10 minute drive. For avid bicyclists, the cottage is about 9 miles from the Island Line Trail parking area, which is where the ferry to the Lake Champlain Causeway is, and then it’s another 10 miles on the bike path to Burlington's waterfront park.

It's an executive home with hardwood floors, custom cabinetry, comfy beds, and has a fully equipped kitchen. It sits at the end of a quiet dead end street on this spring fed mountain lake. Our home is great for couples, large families (with Kids), solo adventurers, and big groups.

Lakefront Cabin on Mallett's Bay Lake Champlain

We are a 2 bdrm 1 bath bungalow located in Colchester VT, lakefront on the Mallet's Bay portion of Lake Champlain. There is beach access directly across the street for kayaking, sailing, paddle boarding, and sunset watching. The lake is a bay section so the bottom is muddy, recommend water shoes! We are just a 15 minute drive to Burlington for shopping and dining. There is a small covered porch to sit on and a lake to look out on. We have 2 kayaks and a sup.
