Has a cozy covered personal veranda that faces directly the sea and literally uncovers the blue horizon ahead. It has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen area with all the basic amenities, a well preserved living room where you may enjoy drinks and coffee, all surrounded and inspired by wood. In addition it has 1 bathroom with bathtub and toilet.

Our house is a lovely three-storey traditional house in the village of Chlomos in South Corfu. Our village has 500 inhabitants in the summer and is 5 minutes from the unique beach of Issos and 4km from Messonghi as well as from the fishing village of Boukari where you can eat fresh fish. It can accommodate 4-5 people. It has 2 bathrooms and all the electrical appliances you will need. It has free Wi-Fi, air conditioning on every floor, and Netflix.

It is built in the green landscape of the village of Chlomos away from the traffic of the city, which gives you the opportunity to escape from everything! The view from the house is unique! Its geographical position is the one that will enchant you as the sunrises are visible from every point of the house. The newly built house "Kalithea" is located in the picturesque village of Petritis-Corfu and overlooks the sea, the picturesque port and the beach of Petritis, as well as the surrounding mountains covered with olive trees.
