Beachfront holiday rentals in Choctaw Beach

Wow - this house is amazing. It exceeded all expectations we had when bringing our party of 6 adults and 4 kids. Not only is the house itself absolutely beautiful, it is insanely close to a really nice beach. We were able to spend a bit of time at the beach and walk back to the house for some pool time. The house was decked out with anything we needed. The kitchen is fully stocked - down to a waffle maker and an air fryer! You don’t need to bring a THING! The pool and outdoor space was so beautiful, and my son spent many mornings “hunting” for lizards. The pool was perfect with a shallow end for the kiddos, and plenty big enough for all of us to be in at one time. Thank you for a fabulous stay in Destin. This house made our visit so easy and beautiful. We will be back!!

This is a beautiful home! A really fabulous find on Airbnb! It’s obvious that Kevin and Jennifer have put a lot of thought and effort into making this a great experience and it was! From the incredible welcome guide, with everything we needed to know, bikes, and exercise equipment in the garage. It’s part of a lovely safe neighborhood right on the beach, with just a short two minute walk to the sand. Everything we needed was provided, with plenty of bathroom amenities and even cooking items. The coffee was delicious and the beds were comfortable! We all slept amazing, and enjoyed so many long walks on the beach and around town. It is a super local area, with amazing dining options. It is rare to find hosts as helpful and thoughtful as Jennifer and Kevin. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this home for your next stay! It far exceeded our previous experience in the same neighborhood in another home.

This place exceeded my expectations! The place alone was sooo perfect for a single mom traveling with her kids alone! I wasn’t expecting the place to be so private! Michelle went above and beyond to make sure we were having a good stay! She was very responsive and you can tell she genuinely wants her guest to feel relaxed and at home! This will be a repeat stay for us!! The apartment was in pristine condition and very spacey and had lots of sleeping options! Highly recommend!!

The place was in a perfect location for access to the beach and surroundings. Townhome was stocked with everything we needed. Enjoyed the golf cart and all the beach extras in the garage. No complaints, just great memories!

Chanel’s place was just absolutely perfect! We felt at home in the cozy space! Chanell was just amazing with her communication from the being of booking all the way to the end! She gave us suggestions on things to do as she found out about them herself! It was like having a friend who helped with our plans for things to do! The most amazing host I’ve ever had and would love to stay at Chanell’s property again when in the area! Thank you for such a lovely stay! My daughter, grandson and I had a wonderful time! The home was great! The huge TV was an added bonus for my grandson who loved watching Mickey Mouse Playhouse on a huge screen lol! Thank you so much Chanell 😊

Being that this is my first Airbnb I’d say this was a very good experience. The location was great in the space was so pretty. The view from the room was amazing. I mostly enjoyed being able to watch the sunset and sunrise from the balcony. The included amenities really put this place over the top for me!

Beautiful and clean condo. Very short walk to the beach that included 2 beach chairs and an umbrella daily. Pool area was clean and nice as well. We brought our dog with and felt she had ample time outdoors with both walking around Maravilla, and up and down Scenic Gulf Dr. Would highly recommend!

Darlene was absolutely amazing. The place was perfect with a lot of kitchen utensils for cooking. The private balcony off of the master had a spectacular view of the beach to enjoy your coffee or wine. Personally favorite was the swing on the front porch where we sat and enjoyed coffee every morning. Walking distance to The Crab Trap and Pompano Joes, both personal favorites. Close to Destin outlets and the Destin commons for shopping. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Can’t wait to go back!

Kurt and Tara’s place was exactly as described. It is absolutely beautiful, has a view of the ocean and a nice size balcony. The dishwasher is the quietest one I have ever seen, and we made great use of the Keurig coffee pot! There were even some pods left there. My favorite detail about the condo was the huge shower!! It’s a studio, but the living room area is separated from the bed, so it really feels like the bed is in its own room. You will not regret staying here. The hosts were extremely responsive and timely to all of our questions. There was only one slight drawback, the unit is on the end and close to the busy road, but we wore our earbuds and it wasn’t a problem at all. We would 100% stay there again!

Brian was great and we would definitely stay here again in the future. We had some difficulties figuring out where we should go when we arrived, but that was probably on us and the fact it was really late at night. Brian helped us out as soon as we reached out and we didn’t have any issues after that first arrival.

Lee’s rental is absolutely beautiful, clean, cozy and roomy! There was also 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. I loved it so much and will happily rent it again when I return. Lee was also easy accessible, kind, informative and patient as I had a lot of questions. The location is great - right across the street from the beach walkway and Santa Rosa is charming and quaint. I absolutely loved it and will rent Lee’s rental whenever I’m there!!

We had an amazing stay at this villa! The house was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and with a stunning view of the lake. We spent hours enjoying the excellent fishing right from the property. The golf cart was a game-changer and made getting around the area super easy and fun. We truly loved the entire property. We made full use of the pools, the gym, and even grabbed bites and coffee from both the bayside and beachside cafés. Everything was convenient, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. Our host, Shelena, was extremely helpful and very responsive throughout our stay. This is by far our favorite vacation spot, and we will definitely be back next year!

Ozan’s condo was wonderful. Fantastic location and view. Ozan was very communicative from the very beginning on all the information we would need to enjoy our stay. Highly recommend Ozan’s beautiful condo.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, beautifully decorated, easy to find, and close to many restaurants. My grandchildren loved the turtles in the lake behind the house!!

Excellent place to stay! Secluded, private and free parking. You cannot beat the location— there are restaurants, coffee and retail shops within walking distance that you don’t need to use your car if you don’t want to. The Royal Palms restaurant is maybe a 3-4 min walk and an excellent choice. The house is true to the pictures— there is one king bed, 2 bunks, a pull out couch and 2 full bathrooms. He supplied kids sand toys, games, some snacks and was readily responsive to questions. The private beach access is literally across the street (2 min walk) and there is the Whales Tail restaurant on the beach to eat at during the day. You get 2 beach chairs on a first come first serve basis but we had no trouble securing them. The only thing you may want to consider is bringing your own hairdryer if you have multiple people as the one supplied is attached to the downstairs bathroom wall. Juan has definitely earned super-host status.

Was great for a a family with 2-3 kids and 2 adults and have pretty much anything you need to go down to the beach and pool ! Would definitely stay there again

Beautiful house and amazing location. Loved being able to walk right to the beach and was easy with small children. The house is beautiful and it was very clean and comfortable. So close to Seaside and excellent restaurants nearby. Would love to stay here again!

We had a great time at Ana’s place! It looked just like the photos and was right by everything we wanted to do. It made our stay in Destin really enjoyable!

This place was perfect for our little family adventure. We brought along our son and in-laws. The area was very close to the beach, great dining, and shopping for necessities and luxuries. The house itself was amazing. The furnishings of the bedrooms and upstairs area made us feel right at home.

This is my family’s 2nd time staying at Ken’s and it was great! Our neighbors upstairs were quite loud with their kids stomping but that’s not Ken’s fault. Besides that, we do plan to stay again next year but preferably with both units and more family to avoid the loud upstairs. The location is perfect to grocery and shopping stores and the beach is directly across the street. Ken even met us to formerly introduce himself which made us even more comfortable. Overall, we will be back and cannot thank Ken enough for the awesome hospitality, home, amenities, and cleanliness. This place is a gem! Highly recommended :-) plus our daughter loved feeding the turtles in the back yard and the perfect sunset views over the lake. Thank Ken!

Jill‘s place was perfectly located right on the beach. She has provided two lovely beach chairs, an umbrella, and some kids toys. This is a beautiful and clean apartment/condo. The bed was comfortable and the provided roll out mattress was exactly what we needed for our 7 year old. A bonus; it was located close to Stewby’s seafood shanty, which has great fresh food! We would stay here again!

This is our second stay here and we will be coming back again! Very clean and quiet place to stay with a nice pool. Easy walk to the beach too.

Our stay exceeded our expectations. From the beachfront views from our balcony and bedroom to the peace and joy we found in our condo. We came for respite and we received so much more. The place is beautiful, the kitchen essentials, bedding, and bathrooms were excellent. We mostly loved sitting in the balcony people watching and watching the dolphins, sea turtles, crabs, and jellyfish swim by every morning. I would love to come back regularly and make this condo our home away from home. Thank you!
