Holiday rentals with a sauna in Choctawhatchee Bay

This condo is awesome. It was our first time in Panama City Beach and we will definitely go back. Chris and Cameron are extremely responsive and amazing hosts. The place is exactly as described in the post and what you see in the pictures is what it looks like. You can’t get closer to the beach and the area is great. Very quiet and clean gated community with a private beach (no public access). Beach was clean and absolutely amazing. The place is really close to some grocery stores, cvs and some really good restaurants. We definitely recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a quiet vacation.

The condo is located in a great spot on the beach. Close to everything, but not overcrowded. The balcony is huge & will accommodate your whole group. There are lots of beach gear & towels, so no need to bring that stuff. The condo is nice & clean just as Alex described. There is no Kuerig for your coffee, just a regular drip coffee maker.

Our condo was great with a beautiful view. We would definitely stay here again. Our host was very quick to reply with any questions or concerns that we had.

Jamie at the front desk was so kind and helpful! The space itself was beautiful and exactly what we needed for our girls trip! The only thing was the Jacuzzi could use a good clean. There's some suspicious black buildup around the edges that needs scrubbed. Other than that, we had a wonderful time!

This place truly is amazing. The community the property is surrounded by is outstanding, the beach was amazing, and the unit itself was everything a family could ask for. It was spotless, extremely well stocked, easy access to the beach, and very close to all the major attractions and things to do in Panama City. We really couldn’t have had a better experience. I highly recommend this stay!

Stayed at this apartment and honestly, it was perfect. The location couldn’t be better — just a straight 2-minute walk to the beach, and shops and restaurants are all super close. The apartment itself was really comfortable. One thing I appreciated the most was how great the sleeping setup was. In Florida, it’s either too hot or freezing from the AC, but here everything felt just right. The ceiling fans in every room were a great touch — made the whole place feel fresh and breezy. The design of the apartment was really nice, cozy but modern. We were a group of four, including a 4-year-old, and it felt super safe and comfortable for all of us. The pool was also great — not crowded at all, even in June. Lots of parking available and super easy access from the garage to the elevator. Would absolutely recommend this place and will definitely be booking again next time!

We had a wonderful stay at Chris’s place. We felt very comfortable, nice calm beachy vibe with furniture and decor. Kitchen very well stocked and great to cook meals. Pantry space great too. Bathrooms spacious, bedrooms very comfortable and the walk in master bedroom closet was a wonderful surprise. This is the first place I stayed where there were numerous hangers in each closet which I personally love and appreciate! The views out to the gulf were stunning as the sun glistened so beautifully. The building amenities were great -we enjoyed the gym, BB, tennis and pickleball courts -all very nicely paved. Pool is spacious, heated and access to beach great. Destin keeps beach very clean, “singing”pristine white sand wonderful! Long Walks up and down beach felt very safe barefoot -super clean. There are a few planes that fly right by because nearby airport, but they are mostly smaller planes bc small airport. The sunsets are amazing over the water! Just gorgeous & wonderful!

Our family loved this Condo. Plenty of space for the five of us. 3 beautiful suites, all with amazing views! The views are stunning from every room in the house. Mary was great and easy to work with. Responded quickly to any questions I had and made sure we were taken care of. Easy walk to the beach and the beach was beautiful! I would definitely stay here again and again and again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Esperanza’s oceanfront condo! The location was unbeatable—being right on the beach made everything so convenient, especially with kids. The condo was just as described and made for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay and see Destin. Right on the beach with a great view and the Restaurants are all very close. The Host is very easy to get along with and will immediately respond if you message him with any issues. 5/5

We had a fantastic stay at Will and Jen’s condo! This place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The spacious balcony was our favorite part, with those amazing views. We appreciated the provision of beach towels, umbrella, and beach chairs. The hosts stay in touch with you the whole time. We did not have any issues. Highly recommend the Cabana Cafe within walking distance. We listened to live music every night. Thanks for the recommendation, Will and Jen! We had a memorable time at your beautiful place.

We were very happy with our stay. The resort is very nice with security everywhere. The condo is well equipped and very spacious. Love the two balconies and incredible views. We will come back again for sure.

This was the first time our family visited Panama City, which is known as a “party” area. But Brian’s condo is on the peaceful, non-crowded side, right next to 30A, and I loved the location. The gated community, beach, and condo itself were all lovely and perfect for our small family. We did have a couple issues with water outages, which were inconveniences for us. But Brian was incredibly responsive and kept us updated the entire time. He even issued us a partial refund, which he did not have to do. Obviously, these issues were totally out of his control, and I don’t think they’re typical occurrences. Just bad timing for us. I do know that had we rented from one of the bigger property managers, we would’ve gotten little more than a “sorry for the inconvenience” (if that). But Brian was extremely responsive and caring through the whole ordeal. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and I’d encourage anyone to book with Brian!

We had an amazing experience at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, yet peaceful and quiet at night. We really enjoyed the private back yard with jacuzzi, cold lunge, hammock, fire pit and chairs, and appreciated the beach gear and bicycles! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the 30A area.

We enjoyed our stay for a girls trip. Quiet and had everything we needed. Beach is a short drive away but parking can be difficult if you don’t get there early enough. Stairs may be difficult for those with knee or mobility issues. Overall, the home was lovely and hosts were great.

The condo was absolutely wonderful! Clean and well stocked and conveniently located. We were minutes from restaurants, shopping and activities. This was the most well stocked kitchen in any place we have rented! I don't think there is anything you would need that was not in this kitchen not to mention it was nice and large. The decor was beautiful and made you feel right at home! The condo complex had everything you need. The pickleball courts were a big plus for our stay and pool was large and our sons thoroughly enjoyed it. The patio on the condo was perfect for watching the waves roll in while having coffee or eating a bite of lunch. The master bath was HUGE! We loved the oversized shower. Having a washer and dryer was so nice as we were able to keep up with our laundry easily. I would highly recommend this property for a stay in Destin and we will be back! The host was quick to respond to very pleasant to work with. Thanks so much!

We absolutely loved our stay! The views from the balcony were stunning! Everything was super clean, the kitchen had everything you would need as far as pots/pans/utensils. The building was quiet, in a great location and the beach service was a big plus. Would absolutely stay again. Thanks for a great vacation!

Beautiful home, GREAT location with private beach just across the street. House had everything we needed to make dinners and an awesome golf cart to drive around in too! Bedrooms each have their own bathroom which was super convenient for our group. Host is extremely responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

Home was beautiful. Well kept and clean. Krystelle was a pleasure, very responsive, answered all my silly questions immediately. We love the area and the ability to hop on the golf cart for food and fun is a plus.
