The house is located in Prague 4 in the quiet district of Šeberov. It is suitable for groups of friends and families with children - it provides a garden with a terrace, free Wi-Fi, and unpaid private parking. WARNING - As the house is new, the garden is not yet finished (as can be seen in the photos). However, the terrace is fully ready for use with garden furniture. The house has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, bed linen, towels, TV, fully equipped kitchen, and the possibility of a baby cot or crib. A playroom is also available for children.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Bed linen and towels are included. Seating is available on the terrace on both sides of the house. The garden is shared with two other apartments.

I offer 2 separate floors of a 3-storey house for 2-6 people with a bathroom, terrace and private garden. Dogs are allowed. In case of traveling with children, a baby bed, bed linen, baby chair are available. The house is located in a quiet part of Prague 15 minutes from the center, 5 minutes walk to the supermarket. The house has a washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, hygiene products (dishwasher refills, shower gels, shampoos, laundry gels), ironing board, iron, first aid kit and are included in the price.

We offer an apartment near the bus stop - the city center is 20 minutes by public transport or 15 minutes by car. The "Budějovická" metro station is located 2 minutes by bus from the apartment. There is also a DBK Budějovická shopping center with a selection of shops. 3 minutes from the apartments there is a supermarket and a restaurant. Parking is FREE in front of the house on weekends (from Friday 20:00 to Monday 8:00), on other days it is 20 CZK/hour and at night always FREE (from 20:00 to 8:00)
