It is suitable for groups of friends and families with children - it provides a garden with a terrace, free Wi-Fi, and unpaid private parking. WARNING - As the house is new, the garden is not yet finished (as can be seen in the photos). However, the terrace is fully ready for use with garden furniture. The house has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, bed linen, towels, TV, fully equipped kitchen, and the possibility of a baby cot or crib. A playroom is also available for children.

We offer an apartment near the bus stop - the city center is 20 minutes by public transport or 15 minutes by car. The "Budějovická" metro station is located 2 minutes by bus from the apartment. There is also a DBK Budějovická shopping center with a selection of shops. 3 minutes from the apartments there is a supermarket and a restaurant. Parking is FREE in front of the house on weekends (from Friday 20:00 to Monday 8:00), on other days it is 20 CZK/hour and at night always FREE (from 20:00 to 8:00)
