The place was perfect for our travel program in Mérida, it was close to the locations we visited; it was comfortable and had everything we needed for our family trip. We highly recommend it Thank you to the host for your great help and for understanding guests of long distances and needs.

This was a gorgeous house! Beautifully decorated and has everything you needed. The pool was a life saver as it was so hot! I texted the owner because the pool was getting a little dirty (inevitable with trees around and I skimmed everyday) and they sent someone over right away! They were also super flexible with check in and check out. The neighborhood has amazing restaurants- elevated healthy food choices. Can't wait to go back!

Everything was perfect, impeccable cleanliness. Unfortunately at this time of year, the humidity is at the max, and we had the visit of a few cockroaches on the ground floor despite a clean environment. Upstairs, the bedrooms and bathrooms were nice, no bugs. A little mention to the co-hosts who came to save us when it was Mother's Day! ☺️ Thank you very much.

Everything was excellent. Good location. Quiet area

After a couple issues at another place I chose Laura’s place. I am so glad I did! This time I chose to stay a little away from centro. The place is just as described and better, but what I found to be the best part was the superb customer service that I received there. The place is away from centro in a private community but close to visit when needed. The place was clean and very comfortable. We were able to get into the community pool which was a few steps in front of our place. We also had our private smaller pool if needed, but we enjoyed interacting with the community people. I would definitely recommend it. We will be back!

I stayed here for 6 months - the place is very comfortable and the location is convenient, safe, and comfortable. The air conditioning is powerful, the internet is fast, and the hosts are very responsive. The water takes some time to heat up in the showers, but is otherwise comfortable in the Merida heat. Caro and Vic were wonderful hosts and I highly recommend staying at this location for short or long term stays.

The house was very nice, had a very warm vibe. Good location, so to go to the beach or downtown Mérida were relatively short (obviously by car). A nice, quiet subdivision with amenities. 10/10. My whole family is delighted with the house.

Erasmo is a Superhost who takes great pride in accommodating guest and makes you feel very welcome to stay at this AirBnB . Our stay felt like our own apartment with private entrance that you will have to go up stairs to enter. We visited Mexico during the hottest months of the year. There is air conditioning and your own Kitchen and private Bathroom area that was very nice. The shower water can be a bit tricky to regulate the temperature. The spacious backyard area and it’s décor is immaculate and serene with an areas to swim and a jacuzzi like pool to relax in and enjoy. I’m looking forward to coming back to this location in the future. Thank you Erasmo for being a Superhost.! Smiles!

Pictures don’t do this place justice, went during the hottest month and A/Cs cooled the rooms, pool was helpful and clean save for a few leaves but that’s inevitable. Kitchen is fully stocked even with a blender and coffee. Loved my stay here, would stay again!

We loved our time at Louise’s home. It felt like we hit the Airbnb jackpot. It was easily one of the best places we’ve stayed during all our visits to Mérida. Everything was just as pictured, but even better in person. The location is perfect, very close to all the restaurants and La Plancha. You’ll be glad you stayed here!

My stay at Gabriel's place was excellent. The place was very clean, well equipped and just as described in the post. Gabriel was a very friendly and attentive host, always willing to help and answer any questions quickly. The location was also very convenient. I highly recommend staying with him and would definitely stay there again in the future.

I loved the house, super spacious and nice, the area is not so nice but it is close to downtown and to get out of the city. We had a problem with ants in the house when we arrived, but we were able to solve it with a raid that I had saved. From then on, we would definitely stay in the house again.
