Excellent location although there are many places nearby to eat I feel like there are missing amenities in the kitchen such as dishes, glasses, utensils to do something in the kitchen if you crave.

Doña Paula is an excellent person who is very attentive at all times, I support us and take care of us until a café invited us, super recommended the place and her excellent friendliness, I would definitely stay with her again. p.d - don't forget to have eggvitos for dinner ❤️❤️😂

Excellent place, very comfortable, clean and pleasant. The pool is very clean and large, although you have to schedule an hour to go. Great communication and care. We love it! Very close to Puebla airport. Would definitely go back!

She is a very good host

The place is centrally located (it is a few blocks from the Zócalo), there are no noises, it has a very nice decoration, it has 2 king size beds and a queen size sofa bed. The valet parking service helped us a lot. Mr. Antonio is very kind and helpful.

The Hotel is beautiful, the super comfortable rooms and the plus is the art theme and the acetate record player, just great!!

The place to stay is good, the rooms are spacious and clean. The arrival at the place is quite easy and the service at the reception is good. The only drawback is communication by messaging, never responded to the message I sent.
