Holiday rentals with beach access in Chon Buri

Das Team war sehr hilfsbereit und hat alle "Mängel" ohne zögern sofort umgesetzt. z.B. funktionierte der Safe nicht. Hui hat sofort einen neuen besorgt und bereitgestellt (wenn auch nicht mit der Wand verschraubt). Der Service war wirklich exzellent. Der Ausblick vom Rooftop-Pool im Tower A ist klasse. Würde dort wieder buchen.

Panatda's place was great. Great building (the pool and garden on the roof is a must try and see), great location (literally in the middle of everything - so nothing is really far away and within walking distance), great apartment (clean and modern - and when you are not on the street or the beach there is nothing more relaxing than to open the entire window and sit on the stretcher right next to it, letting in the atmosphere and a nice breeze). Panatda was a great host as well, answering all questions very quickly. Check-in and check-out went smoothly.

As always good, I have stayed for the third time, the host was very friendly and helpful, this time I spent forty days here happy holiday!

The apartment offers really nice sea views and beautiful sunsets, which were definitely the highlight of the stay. It was clean and as described. The host was responsive and helpful throughout, and the building staff were polite and friendly. The location is a bit out of the way, so a motorbike is pretty much necessary to get around. It’s about 10 minutes to Jomtien and 20 minutes to central Pattaya. That said, the area is quiet, which some may prefer. There are a few good restaurants and beach bars nearby, especially on the left side near the resorts—worth checking out if you’re staying in. Overall, a solid option if you’re looking for a quieter place with a nice view and don’t mind a short ride to the main areas.

3rd time I stayed with them. Great host will stay again with them.

위로는 터미널21, 아래로는 워킹스트리트 한골목 지나면 해변이 바로나오는 위치. 호스트는 중간에 발생하는문제에 빠르게 해결해주었으며, 장기숙박시 5일에 한번씩 청소를 해주었어요. 수건은 매일 2장 새로 제공되었으며 이곳의 루프탑풀과 싸우나는 장기 여행의 피로를 풀기에 너무 좋았습니다. 나는 다음에 이곳을 또 이용할계획입니다. 호스트덕분에 너무 만족한 시간이 되었어요. 그녀에게 감사드립니다.🙂

The place is nice and peaceful, meaning it’s not a lot to access to unless you have a car. The house is very nice and the location is beyond perfect for relaxation. However, it depends on your neighbours as well - we had one night of a big party going on until 5.30 am next door so we didn’t have a good sleep. Anyway, apart from that the house is very very lovely. Really good for a family of 6 like us to spend quality time together.

The host is too kind and always be there to help you out. The house is entirely clean and quiet. Best place to consider living in Pattaya.

I enjoyed my stay at this house. I really liked the garden surrounding the property it was peaceful, quiet, and full of beautiful flowers. The house was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. However, the blanket in the smaller bedroom was a bit too thin. Fortunately, our group ended up with only four people, so we didn’t need to use it. Also, there was no bidet spray in the bathroom on the second floor, which made things a bit inconvenient when the toilet paper ran out. But overall, there was nothing that caused any real problem. Awesome and beautiful condo. Everything down to smallest detail was provided and everything in condo was first class.Great location. Great views from balcony. Perfect communication with GREAT hosts and included breakfast buffet at Pascals fine dining restaraunt was a very welcome bonus. Very best place i have ever stayed. Peace, calm and private. There’re some local restaurant and local convenience shop nearby where you can find some stuff and feel a local vibes. I love the kitchen where I can cook easy menu with my family. K.Chalermchai is a great host, super quick response. We will visit your place again for sure, thank you so much ka.

Good stay

Specifically needed a work desk and chair for my stay so this place stood out but regardless of that its a beautiful, clean apartment in a great location. The apartment is faultless and had everything I needed. The building has excellent facilities and the location is perfect, quiet but close to all the facilities. Would definitely stay here again.

I loved this place, all very good, beach front property, and many other nice places, you can do a lot things, and very friendly and helpful hosts, they gave us excellent a advices of the places that you can visit, I won’t hesitate to hesitate to return there.

better than the photo, trust me. the sea view and the swimming pool is good. the gym is ok. a lot to use. the location is best for vacation, quiet in the evening and a lot of good food and convenience store here.
