Absolut empfehlenswert! Der Aufenthalt war rundum perfekt! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage war super, ruhig und dennoch zentral. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Gastfreundschaft: Der Gastgeber war unglaublich hilfsbereit, freundlich und immer schnell erreichbar. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und komme bei Gelegenheit definitiv wieder. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die einen entspannten und sorgenfreien Aufenthalt suchen!

From the moment I walked in, I was absolutely captivated. While there were a few minor details that caught my eye, they were quickly overshadowed by the sheer beauty, spaciousness, and immaculate presentation of the home. The breathtaking views elevated the experience even further—each of the four balconies (if I counted correctly!) offered its own stunning perspective, making every moment a delight. Krit, your attention to detail and commitment to creating such a welcoming space truly shine. I’m already looking forward to booking with you again on my next trip to Thailand. Perry is very good host, answer quickly. Condo was clean and bed was more than good, excellent, super, I was sleeping like little baby. Not far from Pattaya or jomtien, easy to go 10bhat buss goes both ways. 17th floor and can see loooong way. 10++ I seriously recommend this condo.

Felt at home here , comfy bed , nice feel to the apartment , had everything you would need in the apartment . Very close to the beach and restaurants / night market yet quiet . Nice infinity pool on the roof and a gym . I would recommend this apartment , shows you what you can achieve by making the extra effort with the decor , furnishings and all additional items a home from home would have . What ever you could think of this apartment had it . Thanks James for making your apartment so nice .

Klaus's condo is immaculately clean and extremely well equipped with everything you will need! For me, the work desk & chair and steady WiFi was great for working. The room was very quiet and peaceful. The balcony is equipped with two comfortable chairs and a table and is surrounded by trees; great for a morning coffee. There is no sea view from this room but I was very pleased with the 'green space' view. Staff at the building were always smiling and courteous. Plenty of parking available and walking distance to 7-11 and some great Western, Thai and seafood restaurants. Not to mention the condo being right on the beach where, at low tide, you can walk 4 km of sandy beaches. The area is quiet during the week and because busy on weekends with 'local' tourists. I had one small problem and Klaus was quick to reply and get it sorted out; amazing communication and service. I would highly recommend staying at Klaus's room and hope to stay again in the future.

Great place in great location. The palm is a lovely property on Wongamat beach (North of Pattaya) with direct access to the beach and great pool and amenities. This condo has a nice view and all the amenities needed. Definitely recommend it to others. There are a couple of restaurants down the road for breakfast and lunch, and there are a couple of family marts (convenience stores) just across the road. If you want to get into the city center, you will need a taxi or car - download the Grab app or get a taxi outside about 300m from the condo. The taxis don't run on meters in Pattaya, so getting a Grab is sometimes more convenient and cheaper.

Jarvis is a great host. The actual room was immaculate. It had plenty of utensils, plates cutlery etc. More than most places provide! He responded very quickly towards any questions I had. One thing to note is the walls can be thin, so there isn't great soundproofing. I was hearing noises from neighbors but it was NOTHING to do with Jarvis' rental. I understand he has no control over who stays in the rooms nearby! Other than that, couldn't recommend this price any higher 🙏🏽

Really, Great place. Great Host. Amazed with their top notch checkin and checkout Experience. One of the Best pools in the city. What we looked on the photo was actually there.

Yoon Kai’s place is an excellent choice, everything was just amazing , and there were no hidden fees or surprise expenses, very fair and worth every thing

I mistook the final card swiping instructions on getting into the room. Unless others have the same problem, no need to change anything.

The place was really clean and just as shown in the pictures. The TV was really big and the pool and gym were also nice. Jae Won was really helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had a good stay. Would recommend.

Great 2 bedroom apartment with a lovely view of the beach and islands. great bathroom, comfy beds, good kitchen facilities. lovely restaurants, bars and cafés along the beach. the pool is massive, and the garden area is really nice.

James had thought of everything in the apartment. Very well equipped and clean. He was a very attentive host and had lots of suggestions on where to eat and what to do. Location was fabulous - direct access to a beach which was ostensibly private. 2minutes walk to the sea food restaurants one way and a 5 minute drive to a great beach bar the other way (could easily be walked during the day but involved up then down which we didn’t want to do in the dark.) Would definitely return to this apartment and recommend to friends.

J was absolutely delightful from start to finish. Her place is a nice getaway. The area is nice and quiet, a little bit far from all the main action which is exactly what I was looking for. Direct access to the beach and pool is open late till 10! I’m missing that incredible view already. Thank you for everything!

Der Aufenthalt bei Ami war super. Sie hat uns mehrmals angeschrieben und gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist. Ein Manko an der Unterkunft ist die instabile Internet Leitung. Ist nicht für Videokonferenzen geeignet. Verbesserungsvorschlag: Der Pool ist ziemlich verweist. Es könnte daran liegen, dass keine Sitzgelegenheiten drumherum angeboten werden. Das würde das Ganze attraktiver machen.
