Holiday rentals with a patio in Chon Buri

We really enjoyed our-stay at sammy place. He is very polite and good communicator.Everything is close by. Price wise very very reasonable . Really five star place. Ocean front really beautiful. We will stay again:)

Panatda is a great host very responsive and friendly. The place is centrally located near restaurants and the beach. The place very comfortable and clean. The swimming pool on the 31st floor very nice and beautiful. If I get back to Pattaya, I would definitely rent this place again.

The apartment looks just like the photos — maybe even better! Everything is arranged with love and attention to detail. The balcony offers stunning views — I watched a few sunrises and felt like I was in a movie. Check-in was super easy: follow the instructions, enter the code — done! The place is fresh, cozy, and has all you need — a nice fridge, kettle, hairdryer, washing machine, etc. There’s a pool and a 7-Eleven downstairs. On the 35th floor, the view is incredible: a balcony on the left and a little rooftop garden on the right — like a hidden gem. The location is great too: 20 min by taxi to the north, 10–15 to the center. There’s a bus station and a local fruit market nearby — honestly, I stayed here just for the mangoes! In short: a home made with care in a perfect spot. And if you want the beach — Koh Larn island is just a short trip away. Ada, thank you for your warm hospitality!

Great place within walking distance of restaurants and only a five minute walk to the beach where there are plenty of activities including parasailing, diving, jet skiing, and lounging under a beach umbrella while getting full service with beer and food. Pool and jacuzzi at the top floor with a beautiful view.

the unit is great but the walls are thin though I did enjoy my stay.

The host was a lovely lady that went out her way to accommodate us. I asked about check in times and she went out her way to let us check in and out later if we needed. Was really nice place to relax with your own pool. Would defo book again when visiting Jomtien.

The place in a quiet area a little bit away from the beach, but this is what we wanted as it was within walking distance of the music venue we were attending. The pool was great and everything you needed was there.

A very modern villa, located in Pattaya city, surrounded by convenient living, opposite is 79 show, the villa has ktv private room, we spent a wonderful day here, and the enthusiastic landlord answered us a lot of travel-related questions, thank you very much!

I enjoyed my stay at this house. I really liked the garden surrounding the property it was peaceful, quiet, and full of beautiful flowers. The house was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. However, the blanket in the smaller bedroom was a bit too thin. Fortunately, our group ended up with only four people, so we didn’t need to use it. Also, there was no bidet spray in the bathroom on the second floor, which made things a bit inconvenient when the toilet paper ran out. But overall, there was nothing that caused any real problem. Klaus's condo is immaculately clean and extremely well equipped with everything you will need! For me, the work desk & chair and steady WiFi was great for working. The room was very quiet and peaceful. The balcony is equipped with two comfortable chairs and a table and is surrounded by trees; great for a morning coffee. There is no sea view from this room but I was very pleased with the 'green space' view. Staff at the building were always smiling and courteous. Plenty of parking available and walking distance to 7-11 and some great Western, Thai and seafood restaurants. Not to mention the condo being right on the beach where, at low tide, you can walk 4 km of sandy beaches. The area is quiet during the week and because busy on weekends with 'local' tourists. I had one small problem and Klaus was quick to reply and get it sorted out; amazing communication and service. I would highly recommend staying at Klaus's room and hope to stay again in the future.
