The apartment is located in the new prestigious residential complex “Vtoraya zhemchuzhina”. Design and interior concept is in Mediterranean style which makes it possible to comfortably inhabit 1-7 guests. The complex is situated in 150 m from Arcadia beaches and is considered to be one of the most upmarket ones. The configuration: Kitchen/dining-room area is quite big, fully equipped and is provided with a studio couch, LED 42" TV-set. The dining-room is supplied with a dining table and a bar counter as well as with all essential kitchenware and household appliances. 2 separate bedrooms, one of which is panoramic (with 2 king-size beds) and 1 fold-out sleeping accommodation The kids under 3 can be provided with a play-pen and a highchair. There is a small terrace with a side view over the sea. Toilet is in the bathroom. A washing machine, an ironing board, an iron, a hair dryer will be at your disposal along with speedy Wi-fi internet.
