This will undoubtedly leave you welcome! The apartment is on French Boulevard, 15 minutes to the railway station and 10 minutes to the beaches. Near the house is a wonderful cafe: make my cake, Strudel, Kompot. There's a running track right near the house! Or the Health Trail! Everything is super close by and comfortable.
