What a wonderful location and fabulous accommodation just as described. Easy to locate, with uncomplicated parking and access. Everything was available at the accommodation with little touches that had been carefully considered. The bed was comfortable with lovely linen and comfortable pillows. The view from the bedroom window and the small balcony , was just lovely and the whole space created a relaxed and enjoyable break. Thank you to Carolyn for great communication. This house is in a fantastic location and was very comfortable for us as a family of four. It was nice and warm when the weather turned colder. Amenities provided were a little sparse - no spare bin bags, enough washing powder for two loads of laundry and only one dishwasher tablet provided for 5 nights (Lexia said she’d arrange for more dishwasher tablets to be dropped off but these never materialised so we just bought our own). Only downside was that the garage remote didn’t work when we tried to leave, and the host wasn’t contactable via the app or the phone number provided.

Really good place to stay! Close to town, easily accessible and parking around the airbnb was easy. Would recommend to anyone passing through Christchurch.

A perfect little oasis with Hagley Park on your back doorstep. Has everything you need in the apartment & it’s central location means you are walking distance to everything the CBD has to offer. The only downside is I wished I had stayed longer!

Lovely modern apartment with great amenities. Amy was super helpful with instructions for check in and was always responsive. We were only there for 1 night before heading to the airport so unsure about distance to the centre but with a car it's a great location, perfect walking distance to the food market

Modern space so close to town. Quiet when inside - no road noise. Would definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful place to stay- and wonderful hosts too! Comfortable, cozy and had everything we needed. Great location as well - next to green spaces and near the ocean. Very easy to get into the city too. Can easily recommend to others.

Very clean with comfortable bed. Convenient for walking and having a carpark was great. Lily responded to a query very fast. Enjoyed the sunny balcony.

Danielle was a responsive and friendly host. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the beautiful surrounds of Sumner and delicious bakery and bar close by!

When we needed accommodation last minute due to changing plans we really didn't want to spend a lot of money and Hazel and Trevor's place seemed like such good value and it really was. Spacious, clean, in a beautiful neighborhood and some lovely extras included. We really had everything we could have needed and were very comfortable. I would 100% stay again.

Absolutely beautiful place with the most spectacular views. We really enjoyed being able to relax in the nice warm spa overlooking the scenery with a glass of shampaz.

Nice cosy place. Really liked how the host was always approachable and willing to help out.

Michael's property matched all descriptions perfectly. Communication had been great through check in all the way to check out. The property is located high up on Cashmere hills which unfortunately was out of scooter operating zone. You'll definitely need a car or Uber to get to the house. Overall, the property met our expectations and we had a comfortable stay.

Pete and Tricia have made their facilities welcoming and user friendly. Great communication through out the process. We had a lovely stay and the location was perfect for our visit to Christchurch. We won’t hesitate to stay there again.
