(24.9 ㎡) There is a 1K style double bed and a sofa bed that can be used as a bed. It is fully equipped with furniture and appliances, and it is also recommended for long-term use. There are also several convenience stores within a 2-minute walk. The supermarket is also a 3-minute walk from Mina Tenjin. Hakata Ramen ShinShin Tenjin Honten is also a 2-minute walk. Great access to downtown areas, street food stalls, and other spots in Fukuoka Tenjin. * Please note You'll be charged an occupancy tax separately from the accommodation fee. There are 3 single beds in the bedroom and 4 futons in the Japanese-style room. It is also equipped with a kitchen, air conditioning in all rooms, and WiFi, and is recommended for long-term stays. The host will meet you directly at check-in (3 pm - 9 pm). Please return the key to the key box in front of the entrance by 10 am for check-out. No smoking indoors and no parties. The room is on the 3rd floor, but there is no elevator in the building. If you have a lot of luggage, we can help you as needed, so please let us know.

Please refrain from staying here if you are sensitive to noise. Located in the Imaizumi area. There are also many restaurants within walking distance, and Don Quijote Tenjin is just a 2-minute walk away. The price includes accommodation tax, so there are no additional charges on site.
