Holiday rentals with breakfast in Chuo Ward

REALLY ENJOYED THE TIME STAYED IN NIJI. Big shared living room with wonderful sunlight and adequate gadgets to cook or have a tea. Quiet bedroom with little desk alowed me to use laptop. Hitoshi and his wife are warm hearted to everyone who visit their home. It just felt like living at my grandpa's house in winter vacation. Five stars

너무 만족도가 높아서 나만 알고 싶은데 유명해졌으면 하는 그런 숙소! 첫날 쇼핑으로 체크인 시간이 계속 늦어졌지만, 천천히 오라고 기다려 주었습니다. 우리는 2명 중 1명이 일본어를 조금 할 수 있어서 커뮤니케이션이 잘 되었고, 욕실이 너무너무 깨끗해서 샤워로 하루를 기분좋게 마무리할 수 있었어요! 매일 우리의 일정을 기억해주시고, 가는 방법이나 가서 무엇을 하면 좋을지 안내해 주기도 하셨습니다. 또, 역까지 차를 이용해서 데려다 주기도 했습니다! 무엇보다 하루 일정을 시작하기 전에 할머니께서 준비해주신 아침식사가 풍성하고 맛있습니다! 마치 오마카세를 먹는 느낌이었어요! 게다가 타로라는 강아지가 있어서 웃음이 끊이지 않는 시간이었습니다. 또 삿포로를 여행한다면 무조건 200% 재방문할 의사가 있습니다! とても満足度が高くて、私だけが知りたいけど有名になってほしいそんな宿！ 初日の買い物でチェックイン時間が遅くなりましたが、ゆっくり来るように待ってくれました。 私たちは2人に1人が日本語を少し話すことができてコミュニケーションがうまくできたし、バスルームがとてもきれいでシャワーで一日を気持ちよく終えることができました！ 毎日私たちの日程を覚えてくれて、行き方や行って何をすればいいか案内してくれたりもしました。 また、駅まで車で送ってくれたりもしました！ 何より一日の日程を始める前に祖母が用意してくれた朝食が豊かでおいしいです！ まるでおまかせを食べている感じでした！ それにタロというワンちゃんがいて、笑いが絶えない時間でした。 また、札幌を旅行するなら、無条件で200%再訪する意思があります！

Sung Ju’s place was very clean. He is a very wonderful and engaging host. Language barrier wasn’t a problem as there’s google translate. His hospitality and professionalism was unequaled. I will comeback and refer him highly to my friends and family.

A bit remote, but so beautiful and peaceful! The hosts are very kind and helpful, and the house is very comfortable 😁

Our stay at Eiko-san’s house was delightful! Even though my partner and I speak broken Japanese, we were looking forward to seeing and chatting with Eiko-san every morning around breakfast. It turned out to be a long breakfast every morning, especially because the traditional Japanese breakfast she prepared was soo good and plentiful! She is such an open and kind soul and helped us out so much when things did not go as planned :) Her house is a bit outside of Sapporo downtown so you need to plan according to the local busses! However, whenever she could, she was so kind to give us a little lift to the next station :) If you’re looking for an authentic experience and exchanging with locals, I strongly recommend staying with Eiko-san, even as international traveller without Japanese knowledge! I’m sure Eiko-san will make sure you feel comfortable and understood nevertheless, like she did during our stay :)

It was very was comfortable and clean and a great place to host a big group. We were so close to the train station and it’s a one shot to Sapporo city. It does take about 40 min but honestly you don’t end up sacrificing much. Ubers are available so it made it easy to get to the city. It was so quiet and just so nice and the beds were so comfortable. It’s so much bigger than it looks like in the pictures.

Thank you for hosting. The house is spacious. We love the clean and minimalist style. The master bedroom tub is wonderful, with updating technology, but the other bathrooms are a bit small. We are satisfied with staying for 10 days overall.

The room is spacious, just like in the photos. It has all the necessary amenities. The host responds quickly and is very helpful. Highly recommended

The apartment is small but very cozy and comfortable! Feels brand new with appliances, well supplied kitchen, and great office space for remote work. It is not cheap but very nice by Japan standards. We didn’t even realize how conveniently it’s located! Prince Hotel next door has busses to Niseko, airport, etc. The value for money is definitely there. We stayed 3 weeks and the only suggestion I have for the hosts is to provide garbage instructions and yellow burnable bags for guests that are staying longer than 5-7 days, as Japan is very particular about the garbage disposal ♻️ Otherwise the hosts were very fast in responding, with clear communication, and easy instructions.

When we first arrived m, we were delighted at how clean the house is. Clear instructions were given for where to park and how to dispose trash. Given that we have 4 adults and 4 children from 1-7 years old, cleanliness and amenities with double bath room and washer and dryer is what given this house a plus point. The picture of the house look dark, in fact the lighting was nicely done. It does not look dark after the lights are on. Our children love the bathtub with jacuzzi. There are walking distance restaurants around the area. The house is located at a quieter corner that brings peace at night. Thank you for having us. We enjoyed our stay. :)

親戚11人での旅行に利用させていただきました。トイレと風呂・シャワー室の数も充実してたため、大人数で準備をしてもスムーズにいきました。家電や家具の質も良かった上に、各種洗剤やタオル、調味料といったアメニティも充実しており、とても快適に過ごせました。こちらの手違いでチェックインに戸惑ってしまいましたが、迅速に対応いただいたためスムーズにチェックインすることができました。また機会があれば利用させていただきたいです。

Excellent location, space, home amenities and communication with host! Spacious 2-apartment home in a convenient neighbourhood nearby park, marts and restaurants. Great for our big family. Host was very responsive to our queries. Home was well equipped with all the necessities. One con is the weak internet connection in the bedrooms in apartment 101. Hope host can resolve this soon for future tenants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would love to try other EG properties in future!

The Yoshidas place is a perfect little homestay just outside the main cbd of Sapporo. Extremely accommodating couple. There are few restaurants and conbinis near by. With bus stops for buses heading into Sapporo only a short walk from the house.

I just wanna said i have very wonderful stay in Yuriko house, She was very lovely woman who take care of me while i stay make it feel like home with my mom🥹 The house very clean, comfy, amazing breakfast everymorning she make with full of effort , its warm me up in the cold winter season. Im very enjoyed stay with Yuriko, even when i arrived at station , she come to pick me up also she drop me back to station when im leaving in the night. I feel bittersweet when i check out , i hope one day i have a chance to come visit again🤍 Dont be hesistate to stay here while you visit Hokkaido, you never gonna regret it .

We had a very nice stay. Masako san and her husband were very kind and she made wonderful meals. She was very thoughtful and went out of her way to provide comforts for our children. Transportation was a short walk away and Masako san gave us rides as well. They were very patient with our young children and we really appreciated that. This was our first “home stay” with Air BnB and we had a great experience.
