This is a one-room apartment on the second floor of a 40-year-old apartment building in a quiet area about a 15-minute drive from Sapporo Station. We live in the same apartment, so we can take care of anything right away. Also, if we have time, we go out together and enjoy eating with guests. 10-minute walk from JR Shinkawa Station, 3 stops from Sapporo Station, It is a little inconvenient, about a 20-minute walk from Kita 24-Jo Station on the Namboku Subway Line, but there are few cars and you can have a quiet stay. 5-minute walk to a convenience store 4-minute walk to a drugstore 10-minute walk to the supermarket It is a convenient place for living. There is also a large supermarket and hot spring facility 2 stops away by train. Parking for 1 car is available on the property (reservation required). It is available for 500 yen per day.
