nice to meeting you.I started a private lodging in November 2023. It is a room on the 2nd floor of a 40-year-old apartment located in a quiet area about 15 minutes by car from Sapporo Station. There are daily necessities, so I recommend it for those who want to experience Sapporo life. It is a little inconvenient, a 10-minute walk from JR Shinkawa Station, and a 20-minute walk from Kitajo Station on the Namboku Line, but there are few car streets, so you can spend a quiet time. Parking for 1 car is available at the property (reservation required).It is available for 500 yen per day.(It is a parking lot that I use every day.I'll park elsewhere) 5-minute walk to convenience store A 4-minute walk to the drugstore 10min walk to supermarket It is a convenient place to live. There is also a large supermarket and hot spring facilities at the second station. The sofa bed is 170cm. ☆Transportation We will pick you up at Shinkawa Station on the first and last days of your stay as much as possible.Sorry if the time doesn't work for you.
