Located in a gated community 3 km from Curral Beach, south of Ilhabela, with paved access from the ferry. Integrated into the Atlantic Forest and with an ocean view from all rooms. Perfect for 1 couple, but accommodates up to 4 people. Fiber optic Wi-Fi, plus the possibility of 4G for the perfect home office. Fenced chalet and garage area for the safety of your pet.

Casa pé na areia com piscina privativa. Máximo 8 hóspedes. Aceitamos 01 pet até 13 kg. Não é permitido hóspedes acima da reserva e visitas (Day use). Colocar a quantidade de adultos, crianças, bebês e pet se houver. Ocean front house - delightful view

Very comfortable house, with a "U" big front porch, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms (one suite - a private bathroom), 2 bathrooms, garden with barbecue equipment and garage for 3 cars. Built during the 50'ies, very spacious. It has been totally remodeled in 2020. You can also make a cruise on a sail boat which belongs to my brother, a very experienced captain.
