Ocean front house - delightful view

Very comfortable house, with a "U" big front porch, spacious living room, 4 bedrooms (one suite - a private bathroom), 2 bathrooms, garden with barbecue equipment and garage for 3 cars. Built during the 50'ies, very spacious. It has been totally remodeled in 2020. You can also make a cruise on a sail boat which belongs to my brother, a very experienced captain. Amazing loft 500 meters from the beach! (Loft 1)

Relax in a modern and comfortable space connected to nature! Whether lying down enjoying the incredible green view from the loft windows, on the terrace with showers and ocean views or at Cigarras Beach, which is just 500 meters away! Each loft contains a private barbecue area. The terrace and the outdoor area square are shared among the 4 units. Come alone, as a couple or with friends and enjoy every corner designed and created with affection for you!

I'll be delighted to welcome you to the house I grew up in. For this, I provide the annex of the house on the sand with 2 super comfortable and functional suites, in addition to a swimming pool, lunch table, terrace facing the sea and 2 parking spaces at Praia das Cigarras. Dogs and visitors other than guests are not allowed, if this occurs, a daily rate will be charged. * The house accommodates 8 people and unfortunately we do not accept extra guests.

The house is located on Pontal da Cruz Beach (see through the Waze App, as Google Maps recognizes it as Praia do Partido, but the address is correct). Spacious, single-story house with 1,700 m² of land facing the sea. Swimming pool with depth for all children and adults, beautiful garden with coconut trees and trees by the beach and a poolside barbecue area. Boat trips with quick access to Ilhabela and beaches near São Sebastião (to be arranged).

In front of the beach, there is a floating bar for boats and there may be music.

The other hot shower is on the deck open to the woods and is delightful day or night, with a starry sky and moonlight.

Charming 42 m² wooden chalet, 2 bedrooms with air-conditioning (hot and cold) and 32” smart TV, 1 Gb Fiber Wi-Fi, and 2 balconies — one at the entrance and one in the master bedroom. The living room has a fireplace, 50” smart TV with Netflix and YouTube, a retractable and reclining sofa, and 2 skylights where you can see toucans and parrots. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials to prepare your own meals.

Houseboat, on the sand & charming...

An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing. The place has a delicious energy to rest and contemplate the stunning view of the sea and Ilhabela, which is in front of us. It's a unique paradise! Namaste We accept 1 pet per stay (up to 20 kg).
