We were in Izmir Konak for 5 days. Our stay in the apartment was very nice, we were very satisfied. Everything as described in the ad, expectations as in the photos, it was all perfect. The hosts Ms. Tülin and Ms. Hazal were very nice, friendly, helpful. The apartment was very well maintained, clean, there was everything you need from A-Z. The location is right in the center of Izmir-Alsancak, you can walk everywhere. Thank you again for everything.

You only need to climb the hill to reach the house after getting off the tram (you can avoid the hill by using the famous elevator). She was meticulous about house cleaning, leaving no room for doubt; the tiles were shining, the furniture was tidy. The house was furnished with great taste and we immediately embraced it as if it were ours with its warm atmosphere. In fact, some days we preferred to sit at home in front of the view instead of visiting Izmir. Ms. Cansu personally greeted us, gave detailed information about the environment and even supported our special needs. He was very kind and helpful. Thank you :) <3

The apartment was very well located in the middle of Alsancak, many restaurants and shopping centers, a short distance walking to the sea. Easy to walk to and to park the car. Safe area. I will for sure book it again.

Our stay was very nice. Mr. Emre had already called us and given us information about the house. There was nothing different in the house and facilities in the images, everything was as described, everything was very nice, but there were a few flies that bothered us, everything else was very positive. It has a very beautiful garden, a patio suitable for barbecue and a sea view. The view from the balcony upstairs is also beautiful and peaceful. There are two bedrooms upstairs; the fact that the beds were new was a big plus for us. Downstairs, there is a living room with a fireplace, an open kitchen, and a WC. The house is designed in a very stylish and tasteful way in general. The air conditioning on both the upper and lower floors provided great comfort; despite the hot weather, we were never overwhelmed. The sea can be reached by car in a maximum of 10 minutes. Its proximity to Gelinkaya Beach, Mavi Beach, Çeşmealtı Beach and Urla center is also a great advantage. Everything that may be needed at home has been considered, there is nothing missing - I can even say that there is more. We would like to stay in this beautiful summer house again as soon as possible. We would also like to thank Mr. Haluk and Ms. Yeşim. They were very helpful in every matter, and they made our holiday even more enjoyable with their smiling faces and interest.

House is incredibly beautiful. Actually it was my dream house. If I would ever have an option to build a house it would look exactly like this one😀 We felt there like at home. Every detail is beautiful. It is the best equipped house we have ever rented for vacation. It is easy to get there and hosts are very helpful. If you have a car you can easily get to many fantastic places. Thank you for letting us stay in your amazing house! It was perfect vacation.

It’s a lovely, traditional house—wood floors and ceilings that we loved. We walked to see the sights and to restaurants. The place is on a steep hill, so walking back from restaurants there was a workout! We really enjoyed the place though.

We stayed in the apartment for 2 nights, and it was a pleasure to meet the Faith couple; this price is very good value for money in the surrounding room type, you can walk to the big elevator in 3 minutes, you need only 1 subway station to go to the clock tower; because they arrive late on the first day, they have been sending me messages to care if we can find directions and proactively recommend delicious food and play routes; On the first night they were very enthusiastic about inviting me for tea and coffee, we talked for a few hours together, although relying on the translator, it didn't affect our communication of interesting topics at all; I highly recommend everyone to stay

We thank Mr. Adnan very much for everything, he is a very kind and good person. We had a wonderful 6 days, although it is not a touristic location, it is a good place to relax in a quiet neighborhood. He also took good care of us and provided the missing minor things in half an hour. It was a clean and comfortable house with all kinds of technological items. It is a house we would like to stay in if we come to Izmir again.

I recently stayed in Özerk's apartment and was very satisfied. The apartment is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood but close to attractions and public transport. It is spacious, clean, modernly furnished and fully equipped. Özerk was a great host, very communicative and helpful, and made sure we felt at home. Additional amenities such as fast WiFi, a smart TV and basic necessities made the stay even more pleasant. The value for money was excellent. I can highly recommend Özerk's apartment and will definitely stay here again on a next visit.

The owner is so easy to work with and whenever i needed something, he was quick to respond and eager to solve any problem that i had throughout my stay. The location of the house is good, the house was clean when i arrived and everything was as described beforehand. The building and the surrounding of it is also safe. I recommend this place, and especially the owner to anyone looking for a managable place with good location

It was a really great stay experience! Our host was extremely kind and respectful. The apartment was spotless, everything was ready and complete. The view was incredibly beautiful and the apartment itself was very stylish and impressive. We only stayed for one day, but we liked this short time and enjoyed it.
