Bostanlı pier 3 km, Izban 1.2 km, Caher Dudayev blv 20 meters, tram 500 meters, market, bazaar and everywhere within walking distance, air-conditioned. 4th floor without elevator, therefore not suitable for the disabled and the elderly.
