great place!

house is good. there is a playground according to the photos, children like it. there is a kitchen, 3 kmr sleeping, 3 kmr bathing. there is no washing machine and dryer. overall good. the condition of the room and everything else is good, tidy. thank you so much. there is a pool in the complex. the playgrounds kids like to play. there are cooking, slides, ball pools,there are books, there is a small theater to watch. bunk beds at 2 kmr.

it's a great location at PIK2. there's supermarket around and also food to eat just a walk away. thank you

This is my second time staying at Ridwan’s place. Still as Awesome. We and our kids really love this place. Ridwan’s place is very clean, homey and comfortable to stay in. The location is also perfect, with orange groove just opposite the area. The host is also very responsive and easy to communicate with. Overall, we are really satisfied with this place and hope to stay here again the next time we visit Jakarta.

A very cozy and comfortable place for my family, we truly felt like we were at home. The host and her family were incredibly kind and welcoming. I was even able to order home cooked meals directly from the host, which made our stay even more special. This place is absolutely perfect!

We spent almost a week at Frances' place and loved it! As a mom with 2 kids, it was great to have a clean and fully-equipped space to call home. The wifi was super fast too! We'd definitely stay here again. Thank you Frances.

This apartment is superb👌I definitely didn't get any issues during my entire stay, not to mention that the host was so friendly and easy to approach. He'll make it sure that everything is in order before your arrival, everything is going well during your entire stay (will check on you from time to time) and ensuring that you'll get the best stay. I love the hospitality of the host, as he even offered to show me around Jakarta with his family members. You can never go wrong booking this property as this is situated in a place not a lil far from the city of Jakarta. This place is even close to the airport. Comfortable, cheap. The host is also responsive, the room is clean, the equipment is complete. The environment is comfortable, on the G floor, there is a familymart, jogging track, pool, gym, laundry. If there are activities/events in the surrounding area, I will definitely stay here again.

Gold Coast PIK, Bahama Tower. Clean neat and comfortable, KozyStay always provide, although giving 5 stars, but here are the things you should be aware before booking. 1. Instruction says collect key from PopBox, pls note that there are 3 pop boxes here, don’t go to the wrong one! We waited 30mins as no one responding to our help. Until we realise there are multiple pop boxes 2. So many WA messages, KozyStay will message you using at least 3 or 4 different WA number, make you confused which one to reply. One ask for documents another said already done. Is so confusing!!! 3. Check out, already inform via airbnb message that we have checkout, and also via one of the Guest Services, after 1pm, we are asked by another KozyStay whatapp about checking out. 4. Beds are hard. But too tired to complain, so ….just sleep . 5. The amount of time taken to reply the message is just one of the worst one can experience. Too many numbers used, too many parties

Thank you to Yordis for this stay. I had a last minute change of plans and I could book the very last minute and the host made his best to accommodate my request. The place is nice and cozy, a quick Gojek ride to the Puri Indah mall and with the immediate necessities accessible nearby. Great communication and professionalism by the host. Thank you again

Great place! Very close to local attractions and Gusti was so accomodating we stayed an extra night. The room was super cozy and the apartment complex was complete with food, cafes, salon and convenience stores. Will definitely consider staying here again in the future. Thank you so much Gusti!

A wonderful stay here. The apartment is really, really great. Clean, good interior design. Smells good. Very comfortable. I couldn’t imagine a better apartment to stay while in Jakarta. I highly recommend!

Clean, well-organized accommodation. Clean and orderly surroundings. Even in Jakarta, it is worth boasting a very high level of accommodation and surroundings. Swimming pools, exercise facilities, convenience stores, and surrounding commercial areas are also very good. A place I definitely want to stay again next time.

We had a pleasant stay. I came here for an important interview, and everything was perfect. The internet was stable, the surroundings were quiet, and the room was clean and smelled fresh.
