This is my second time staying at Ridwan’s place. Still as Awesome. We and our kids really love this place. Ridwan’s place is very clean, homey and comfortable to stay in. The location is also perfect, with orange groove just opposite the area. The host is also very responsive and easy to communicate with. Overall, we are really satisfied with this place and hope to stay here again the next time we visit Jakarta.

Since there are several bathrooms and sophisticated furniture, we could have a comfortable stay here. Additionally, this house has an alternative power supply, so we could remain comfortable even during a power outage.

This was our first time booking an Airbnb in Indonesia after always staying in hotels during our yearly visits and we’re so glad we chose Ilham’s place! It was a wonderful experience, very comfortable and welcoming. Ilham was a great host and made everything easy for us. We’ll definitely come back and stay here again next time!

First I would like to say that Mrs. A is a very responsive and helpful host. I had some clothes that needed mending and she found me a seamstress in the building that did good work at an attractive price. The location itself is a huge apartment and business complex that must have at least 1500 units. These are older buildings but this unit is in pretty good shape. There are restaurants on premises as well as 2 convenience stores and laundromats. It is about 1.2 km walk to a major mall. There is a bus station right outside the entrance to the complex for easy transportation. The front gate has many security guards as well as ones that patrol the property. There is a doorman at the entrance to the building as well. The unit is on the 6th floor. Helpful hint - I would leave the bathroom window open during the day for air circulation but close it as night as every morning around 4:00 there is a loud call to prayer that goes on for about 10 minutes. Air conditioning works well.

Great place to stay!

Gold Coast PIK, Bahama Tower. Clean neat and comfortable, KozyStay always provide, although giving 5 stars, but here are the things you should be aware before booking. 1. Instruction says collect key from PopBox, pls note that there are 3 pop boxes here, don’t go to the wrong one! We waited 30mins as no one responding to our help. Until we realise there are multiple pop boxes 2. So many WA messages, KozyStay will message you using at least 3 or 4 different WA number, make you confused which one to reply. One ask for documents another said already done. Is so confusing!!! 3. Check out, already inform via airbnb message that we have checkout, and also via one of the Guest Services, after 1pm, we are asked by another KozyStay whatapp about checking out. 4. Beds are hard. But too tired to complain, so ….just sleep . 5. The amount of time taken to reply the message is just one of the worst one can experience. Too many numbers used, too many parties

A wonderful stay here. The apartment is really, really great. Clean, good interior design. Smells good. Very comfortable. I couldn’t imagine a better apartment to stay while in Jakarta. I highly recommend!

Even if it's just for one night, we're very satisfied with the place we're staying in. The image in the photo is very similar to the reality. The whole room is very clean and the kitchen equipment is very complete. The pool is also very clean. Definitely, recommended.

The room is very comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city, it's easy to get to the mall, just a little difficult to find a place to pack the car

Clean, well-organized accommodation. Clean and orderly surroundings. Even in Jakarta, it is worth boasting a very high level of accommodation and surroundings. Swimming pools, exercise facilities, convenience stores, and surrounding commercial areas are also very good. A place I definitely want to stay again next time.

As a host myself, I would say Mary is doing for her guests above & beyond . Very responsive and take the matters quickly & efficiently when I face some minor issues in the apartment. Walkable to great massages spa & restaurants . Only 25 min from Airport . Will miss this apartment for a while . Highly recommend to any hosts
