We had a great stay and felt right at home! The unit was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. It had all the essentials we needed, such as towels, slippers, shampoo, body wash, and complete kitchen utensils, including a rice cooker. We also loved the little extras that made the stay even more enjoyable, like the playing cards, karaoke, and the smart TV with Netflix and other entertainment apps. Ms. Jess was such a responsive and accommodating host. Communication was smooth from start to finish, and everything was ready for us when we arrived.

Reason for my 5 star staycation rate on Fredericks place * Very clean and smelled good. * Kitchen is fully equipped , my brother in law is a chef and he is happy with the sharp knife😁. * All bedroom had tv and ac, comfortable bed and very clean bedsheets, * We're able to wash our dirty clothes coz it has washing with dryer. * CR is nice with hot and cold shower and a hair dryer😁 * We had ALEXA who spoil us with the music we love. * The view on our veranda is the best (42nd flr😅) we Enjoyed our morning and our evening snack there. * The place is near Ayala mall, public market and transportations. ( Walking distance) * Lastly Sir Frederick is very responssive and easy to deal with our booking. For a staycation in Quezon area I highly recommend this place. VERY COMFORTABLE AND CONVENIENT Kudos to the owner. 👏

Found this listing last minute, and they were able to adjust to accommodate us. We only stayed for one night, but it was a great having our family visit us there! The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the hosts were responsive throughout. The spot was exactly as described—clean, and comfortable. Even though it was a short stay, everything we needed was available, from fresh towels to clean linens. The location was convenient, perfect for having our family come over. We would definitely consider staying here again for a longer visit. Thank you so much!

Super love this place! First time namin makastay sa condo this spacious sobrang ganda ng vibe, very cozy and relaxing. We really loved everything from the quality of the room, ang lambot ng pillows and mattress (super comfy, nakaka-relax matulog), ang linis ng unit, and well-maintained talaga. The host was very accommodating din, madaling kausap. Perfect for a chill and comfortable stay. Also super convenient because there is 24/7 grocery sa baba lang mismo ng building and swimming pool although maliit sya its still nice kc its rooftop sobrang ganda ng view if you love city view. 10/10 for us, highly recommended! 🫶✨ Would book here again next time.

Absolutely no issues. The place was clean and spotless. The AC was cold and the shower’s water pressure was strong. Watching TV was an awesome experience with their Govee lights and soundbar. Our pets enjoyed their stay as well. Also appreciated how proactive and responsive the hosts were. We never had to worry about anything as they made sure to give us clear instructions about everything. 10/10

10/10 every appliance you need is in the unit. Affordable and the amenities are free like the pool and the gym. We were able to work from home because of the good internet connection. the guards and the maintenance team are very polite and approachable. safe place and surrounding.

Can confidently say that this is the best airbnb I've been in 🥹 Ms. Mel was so organized from instructions before you check-in, to arriving at the unit itself. The unit is fully labeled with instructions and items, which makes it very convenient for us guests. Everything you will need is available at the unit. She even had medicines available for emergencies. Ms. Mel also personally accommodated me upon arrival and I highly appreciate the hospitality. Probably one of the best airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. Every detail in their place was well thought of, from the interior design to all the amenities. Location is also really accessible if you want to go north (towards cubao/qc) or if you wanna go south (towards pasay/airport). The place was so clean and the guards were also so kind! The place also has a near convenience store/crossfit place/cafe so there’s no problem when you’re hungry. Also easy food delivery! Had the best stay here. 100000/10!!
