excellent host. The house is impeccable, she left us coffee, oil, salt, trash bags, etc. Air conditioning, TV, a wonderful terrace. Charming, concerned. The truth is that 💯 it is 100% recommended. It's the best place to stay in Costa Rica!

Awesome place and location!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Costa Rica! The property was immaculately clean and pristine, which made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The location was perfect close to everything I needed yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. The front office staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always greeting me with a smile and offering assistance when needed. I also truly appreciated the security measures in place; I felt very safe throughout my stay. Evelin communicated with me through the entire stay and I really appreciated it! 10/10 would recommend

I had a great stay at Vera’s place. The view and quietness was unbeatable. The place has everything one needs to enjoy Atenas and surroundings. Vera was always available to respond to my questions. Do yourself a favor if planning a visit to Atenas; book Vera’s place.

Excellent accommodation, very clean and well distributed. The location is perfect, the only bad thing is the noise the train makes when it passes at all times. It is worth mentioning that the parking lot is very narrow, so you must be very careful when entering the vehicle in the elevator. Otherwise, everything is fine! 👍🏼

Juan's place was wonderful! Beautiful apartment in a great building! so unique! had great amenities. Pool, Gym, great restaurants. the apartment was clean and had snacks and water for our arrival. The views were breathtaking. We received support throughout our stay and had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay loved the hot tub and the view

I use this home as a Stop stay for my retreat guest before they had to travel out to their home countries from San Jose airport. They were able to get a restful night sleep and felt very safe and secure with all of the security measures that were in place. Thank you for creating a clean and comfortable place would definitely stay again.

I had a great stay in San José. The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. Check-in was smooth, and the host was very responsive and quick to resolve any issues that came up during my stay. It was a perfect base for exploring the city and surrounding areas. All I can say is Karil is one of the nicest, most understanding people I’ve ever met in Costa Rica, and I’ve been down there fifteen times. His places are always exactly like are depicted in the pictures, always clean, everything you need to have a fantastic time. Located in a great district where great restaurants and grocery stores close by. If you have a problem, he’s always quick to respond. Five stars to his Airbnb’s. Thank you Karil, you are the best !

The apartment is beautifully decorated, well appointed, very very clean and in a vibrant and walkable neighborhood. The host is kind and responds quickly.

I’m an expat living in the southern part of CR. I fly out of SJO 3 or 4 times a year, and usually stay at the Fairfield or the Courtyard because of their proximity to the airport. I decided to try something different this time and I’m so glad I did! Not only was it less than half the price of staying in a hotel, it was WAY nicer. It’s a safe, quiet neighborhood, walking distance to City Mall (3 minutes) and all of its shops and restaurants, and only $6 Uber to the airport. Carolina is very quick to respond to any messages, and you can tell she cares about your experience. I especially loved that there was an ice maker in the door of the fridge (super rare in bnb’s in CR) and the snacks and water provided. The apartment practically sparkled it was so clean! Full-sized washer and dryer, 2 bathrooms with showers, comfortable bed and sofa… this was absolutely the best value of any stay I’ve experienced in CR. I will DEFINITELY be back!
