Holiday rentals with beach access in Ciudad de la Costa

We arrived at the accommodation in order to enjoy a few days in Montevideo, celebrate a birthday and get to know each other. All of that was really possible from here. The accommodation has a door and windows that remind you of other times. Simple distribution but with all the elements for cooking, bathing and resting. Despite the cold of these days, we did not suffer. Agustina gave us a divine blanket. From where we were, it was easy to go to Parque Rodó, the Port Market or the Tristan Narvaja Fair. In the accommodation there are 4 booklets that invite you to explore everything from the artistic and served as a spiritual guide in these days. Bartolo (the cat that lives here) is GIANT and sweet. It's a great opportunity to come as a couple, connect and walk around everywhere. Returning to Montevideo will be like returning to Agustina's place.

Very spacious apartment, in impeccable condition, very well equipped. An incredible view of the sea, very enjoyable. Huge bathroom. Bedrooms with large closets, comfortable beds and impeccable bedding. Quiet and well insulated. The alphanumeric access to the apartment and magnetic access (with 2 keys provided) to the building facilitated independent movement for my wife and me. Very good location. At first, if you are not used to the area, it may seem far away, but in reality you can get to 18 de julio and ejido in 10 minutes on foot, two steps from the rambla and very easy to get around by car as well. A decently stocked supermarket is literally just a few steps away from the building. Very easy access parking, at street level, spacious for maneuvering and the assigned space is huge (actually there are two, because the one next to it, against a wall, is canceled and you can take advantage of that space). Playground at the door of the building, highly recommended for children. Very friendly and responsive host. We'll definitely be back.

Humberto is a very attentive, kind and decisive host, he always answered my questions quickly. I felt very comfortable, the apartment is nicer than in the photos and had what I needed for my stay.

I usually stay in this neighborhood. This apartment building is one block from the Rambla, so I found myself walking along the Río de la Plata almost every night. You can even see the river from the apartment! The iron and ironing board was a nice bonus (this was a work trip for me). If you stay here, check out the market in the park in front of the building on Saturday mornings. Lots of restaurants and cafés in walking distance. Colleagues who came to pick me up for dinner had no trouble finding the building.

We always felt very comfortable during our stay of six days. Der flat is very spacious and had all we needed, especially plenty of space to hang up cloths (strange enough this is often not the case ... but we noticed this already on the very accurate pictures). The communication with Alejandra and Daniel was always very easy, very quick and very constructive. We particularly wish to thank for their flexibility. The location was perfect, everything is easy to reach by foot. If we come again to Montevideo, we would certainly try to stay here again.

We only went for a weekend, but we had a wonderful time. Coki and Santi were very attentive and responded kindly and quickly to all questions. The place is beautiful, the spacious background stands out, and if the weather is good, you can enjoy it pleasantly. Our dogs had a great time too. Thank you guys!

Our experience was excellent, Claudia was always attentive, very warm and kind. The house is just like the photos, and in a quiet and safe area, allowed us to enter a little before and leave after hours. We informed about places nearby for shopping. I highlight the cleanliness and neatness of the house with everything needed to get by comfortably and more. The pristine beds and also left us towels for each. I would recommend it 100%

An excellent place to vacation. The house is excellent, with all the amenities. The kitchen is very good. It had everything for cooking and dishes. Everything was very clean and tidy. We'll definitely be back. Giaelle and Fede are super friendly and helpful with everything.

I had an amazing time during my four-day stay. The house has a stunning views, and its peaceful atmosphere is enhanced by large, beautiful windows that showcase the ocean. The house has a beautiful porch and patio with parrillero. Marina is a friendly and sweet host who promptly responded to my questions whenever I needed assistance. I highly recommend it.

I will start with the apartment, comfortable, very well equipped, the description and photos are such what I found . The very nice and well located building, walking access to the boulevard, shopping, bus stop of various lines, restaurant, ice cream shop, pharmacy, butcher and super no more than a 5-minute walk away. Santiago as an excellent host.

This is the second time that we have stopped at Fio. The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable, very well equipped and with nice decoration details. And what's important, on the street there's room for parking. The neighborhood is my favorite in Montevideo, the apartment is very well located, close to the rambla and with access to all kinds of shops and restaurants. We are going to Montevideo to visit family and we will stay at Fio's apartment whenever it is available

Maria was kind enough to meet us at the apartment and explain how things worked. The building itself is a bit old but the apartment is in great condition. Well lit, spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and organized when we arrived and the apartment had everything we needed from towels, hair drier and toiletries to pots and pans for the ocasional meal at home.

I felt very at home in Gonzalo's place. It was clean, cosy and inviting. Gonzalo's communication was excellent throughout my stay. The apartment is in a great area for restaurants and other amenities and it's near several bus routes, so getting to the old town is simple and quick. Thank you for a lovely stay, Gonzalo!
