Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Ciudad Merliot

we had a relaxing time at Boris's home. Slept comfortably, cook and do laundry before our trip back home. Centrally located and can walk to shopping. Safe, excellent neighborhood for kids to walk to playground.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home! It was exactly as described clean, spacious, and perfect for our large group. The location was great, and the host was friendly and responsive throughout our stay. We’d absolutely love to come back and would definitely recommend this place to others!

Zonia’s home is very beautiful and cozy. However, it was smaller than expected. The home was clean and lived in which provided all necessary amenities. It is in a very safe suburban location with a nice kids park and pool. There is a small shopping center about 6min away with mostly American food institutions and a Selecto grocery store (with all things needed). This is a great spot to stay if you want to visit the beaches in La Libertad (about 20 minutes away). Zonia is a very wonderful and responsive host.

My family and I had a great time at Casa Martha. The house is clean and organized. Furniture is well maintained and clean. The beds are comfortable to sleep in. Bathrooms are clean and in good condition. The ceiling fans and air conditioning work great and really help keep the bedrooms cool. There are ceiling fans and regular fans downstairs to keep the first floor cool. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and everything was easy to find. The appliances are clean and ready to use. The backyard is beautiful with plants and greenery. The pool was clean and was so fun to use. It is also maintenanced weekly. Since the house is in a gated community, the area is very quiet and safe. There is a guard overlooking the community entrance day and night. No traffic/street noise heard at all. There is a plaza nearby with good restaurants/cafes and is easy to walk to. Gertrudis responded in a timely manner to any concerns/questions and provided friendly customer service.

Really nice place, had water issues at first that Ana got fixed right away for us. Amazing stay!

The place was very clean and immaculate. It immediately had a very “home” feel. The apartment smelled great. Very generous allocation of towels and sheets. Easy operation of automatic locks.

Clean space, walkable area with little bistro places of about 20 minutes walking distance. Beautiful view, quiet community. I would only suggest adding some cleaning supplies like vacuum and mop which can be needed for longer stays. Host was responsive and accommodating.

I can't say enough about this place. my husband and I stayed in a few different places while in San savador and this place definitely took the cake. my husband booked this for my birthday and they were so considerate they let up check in hours earlier then usual. we were beyond thankful as we were leaving a different air bnb and had groceries and nothing to do for 4 hour. place is exactly as described. pictures do no justice on these views from the balcony. we felt like we were at a 5 star hotel, their cleaning lady made everything into fancy origami, towels on all beds and all toilet paper. I love high end finishing so it made me smile. also sheets, towels and blackets where of quality. also the sheets and blankets smell like heaven i have to consider switching my laundry brand to theirs. the owners definitely have good taste in quality. the owner were super quick to respond to any request our only regret is we didn't book her first. definitely 5 stars across the board.

This is our third stay for a good reason and highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay! We had an amazing stay at Ray’s & Karlamaria’s place! The apartment was spotless, well equipped with a good personal taste and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. Ray and Karlamaria are outstanding hosts, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Thank you for an unforgettable stay and great communication! The apartment is perfect for our stay in San Salvador, very comfortable, with all beds me and my family needed. We found in the appartment everything we needed it to make our days comfortable. The Location is great, close to Planes de Renderos, and lot of places to eat. There's also a supermarket and Mr Donuts ( good place to have breakfast) just 6 min walking. From the little balcony in the back you have a lot of beautiful trees and birds that sing all day, making your mornings so special!! The apartment complex is very safe, and it has elevator straight to the door. the best part is the great communication with Mayra, she is an amazing host. She did everything possible to make our stay like home. I highly recommend this precious place!!!💓

It is a really sweet house!!! We can see the host is running it very carefully. They prepared lots of little things to welcome us. Everything you need, it's easy to find here. And the location is also perfect, there are lots of nice restaurants near here. Francisco also let us to storge our luggages, it's very kind! In a word, everything is perfect! I will definately choose this again for my future stay.

We had another great stay at this apartment. It’s clean, located in a gated community with parking, and easily accessible on the first floor. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the building is well-maintained. The hosts are always available to answer any questions, which we really appreciate. Location is also very convenient, with restaurants, a supermarket, and convenience stores just minutes away. Overall, it was a solid choice, and we’d stay again!"

Walking distance from restaurants & Salvador del Mundo monument. In the heart of the city with tourist attractions like Los Chorros , Rainbow slide, & Puerta del Diablo within 30-45 mins drive off peak hours. The view from the room was beautiful, very spacious, RGB light gave it a great vibe, PS5 if you’re a gamer and huge tv. AC felt great in all rooms & the open concept was a nice touch. One of the top places that iv stayed in thus far. There will soon be a pool at the ground floor as per management so that should be fun down the road.
