Spacious and well located house in the city, all shops nearby, easy to park (free). Very well equipped with air conditioning in every room. The small private garden is great with pool and summer kitchen. 10 min from beaches

An absolutely awesome stay!!! The cottage is beautiful, decorated with great taste, modern, warm and very well thought out. The jacuzzi is great: no neighbors, a real little corner of paradise to relax. The setting is idyllic, calm and soothing, perfect for a break for two. Marie and Gilles are very responsive and caring, which makes the experience even more enjoyable! We highly recommend this accommodation, and we will return with great pleasure!

Listing completely as described. It's a really nice place. On the other hand, you have to love being isolated in nature. The car is necessary to move and the road is quite folkloric! Hiking departure from the house and small river at the bottom of the village , fruit trees available in the extensive garden, beautiful outdoor space to eat! The house is beautiful, everything is refurbished and the materials and equipment are premium . The bedding in particular is perfect. In short, nothing to repeat. Julien's welcome is neat and everything is thought out for your comfort. We see that he likes to share his love for this family home.

This apartment is in a great location. The sunrise in the morning is a marvel. The street, although busy, is quiet and access to the beach is so easy (cross the street). We loved our stay! The chateau was a beautiful oasis in Perpignan, and the apartment was even better than shown in the listing. It was very spacious for our family of four, had beautiful large bathrooms, and a functional new kitchen with everything you’d need to prepare a meal. Laundry facilities were an added bonus. Thierry was super friendly and informative, and always willing to help. He gave us many tips to make the most of our visit in the area. We would be happy to stay here again.

From the moment we arrived it was a great experience. The BnB is stunning and needs to be experienced over any words I can share. The space was relaxing and the attention to detail incredible. Beautiful apartment with everything we needed. Away from the main centre of the town, but easily walkable to many eating places. We enjoyed Mas Larrieu, and our meal at Le Salamandre in Sorede was superb.

I spent a whole week in Jean Paul's accommodation. Everything about it is excellent The studio is well laid out and very clean. A small oasis of peace. Jean Paul is a beautiful, very discreet person with whom it is pleasant to chat. I highly recommend this studio to people wishing to rest and have a pleasant time away from the hustle and bustle of the seaside resorts of the region. We had a great time. The apartment is close to the beach and everything you could need. We were 4, 2 adults and 2 children. Perfect for our stay. Victoria was available, adaptable and very friendly.

We had a great stay with Jean and his partner! They were lovely and very welcoming. The apartment was impeccable, very clean, well furnished, and just a few minutes' walk from the sea. It was really ideal with our little one, everything was simple and practical. Honestly, we recommend 100%!
