My family of 4 absolutely loved staying here for the four nights. It was super clean, extremely well stocked, and comfortable. Not to mention the pool and jacuzzi, the view and the peace and quiet! We would without hesitation book here again! Camille was so nice and communicative we felt like we were staying at a friend’s house.

Place was great ! Very peaceful, relaxing and cozy! I’m glad i was able to book this gem , i want to stay again but it’s fully booked for next month when im in town again sadly.

Our stay at the guest house was outstanding and our hosts, Paul & Candice were excellent hosts. We really appreciated the detailed instructions for gaining access to the property and a book full of instructions for how everything worked. The guest house was very clean and the kitchen was very well equipped for all of our needs. The location was perfect with Larchmont Village being a block away. Being dog lovers, our daily visit from their dog, Sophia, was something we looked forward to. I would not hesitate staying here again.

Great area. Safe, pretty neighborhood. Convenient to area attractions while being out of the city. Kitchenette equipped enough to make simple meals. Many sleeping options for families. Good home base for exploring LA. Thank you!

I have over 70 reviews on the platform and this is by far one of my top stays, if not my top stay. All was as advertised - located in a safe neighborhood, private, tranquil and surrounded gorgeous gardens, pristine accommodations and gracious hosts. I'm currently adjusting my holidays to return for another stay. Highly recommend.

Sarah was incredibly friendly and kind. We felt right at home and enjoyed our stay very much. The house and yard are absolutely lovely. Sarah was very kind to give recommendations. We ended up going to the LA Arboretum per one of her recommendations and absolutely loved it. She greeted us when we arrived and gave us a tour. The location was perfect for what we were looking for.

Wendy is a wonderful and friendly host. She made check-in super easy. Upon arriving she went past our expectations with providing us with fresh muffins, fruits, and snacks for our trip. The place was clean and had all the necessary amenities, she even included board games which we had a blast playing. If I visit LA again, I would definitely book Wendy’s hideaway again.

Brett's place was the perfect spot for our weekend in Pasadena to visit a friend and go to a music festival. The unit was clean and comfortable we loved a little walk around his garden. We would definitely recommend this space!

This place is absolutely stunning, with one of the most beautiful front and back gardens I’ve ever seen. The backyard was a peaceful spot to relax, and the pool added quite a bit of luxury. I didn’t meet Geoff, but Daren was incredibly warm and welcoming—easily one of the best hosts I’ve had, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and giving space. Has the basic kitchen essentials, hot plate in a drawer, kettle, toaster oven, microwave, wine fridge; it’s PLENTY for a short stay. The guest house feels closely connected to the main home, and the vibe was nothing but positive! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat—10/10 experience

Wonderful place to stay and was perfect for what we needed. Beautiful backyard with tons of plants well cared for and some awesome hummingbird. We enjoyed the pool.

As described and perfect stay for a weekend in the area. My partner has arachnophobia so we we're a little disappointed in a couple spiders we had encountered during our stay, but it's a bit to be expected because of the location. No big problems otherwise, a spotless and cozy little stay.

This was my family and I first time staying at an AirBnB. It was a great experience. My children loved the animal end tables. The space was a nice size for us and I especially loved the private side yard and entrance. I will stay again.

The Carriage House is private, quiet, clean and comfortable. The neighborhood, located in the Wood Streets, is one of the most quiet in the area and feels 100% safe for an early morning walk alone. Easy to navigate the rest of Riverside from this location. Hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with prior and during our stay. Highly recommend for a single person or a couple.

We stayed at Guadalupe’s place for 10 nights and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home was impeccably clean, thoughtfully furnished, and tucked away just enough to provide a peaceful escape from the busy pace of Los Angeles. In our opinion, the location was ideal—quiet and safe, yet conveniently situated for getting anywhere we needed to go. Guadalupe and her co-hosts were communicative, accommodating, and genuinely kind throughout our stay. This was truly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again on our next trip to LA.

I had a great stay at Jana's place with my 5 year old toddler. We had minor issue with wrong keypad during checkin. But Jana was responsive and we figured it out. The house is small, quite, clean and cozy. Kitchen had good amenities for light meal preps. The outdoor garden is beautiful. Jana was sweet to add a small step stool for my daughter and also gave us some toys for her to play with. My daughter was excited and noticed the small details.

Fantastic, welcoming hosts & such a cute little private guest suite. The hosts are the absolute sweetest people and shared their fruits and vegetables that my little one loved picking from their incredible garden. We felt very safe here and truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

Phillip’s place was really great. It is nearby Arcadia so it was close by enough to go there to get food or boba. The bed was really comfortable. There is also a sofa that does set into a bed, but it is definitely quite firm not as good as the actual bed was. Phillip himself was a great host he was very communicative, responsive and friendly. The place is really easy to get into and I love that they save you a parking spot.

Ben has been very helpful and considerate. He went out of his way to accommodate us whenever we needed something. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for excellent service and a very comfortable environment.

Cute place; it was perfect for a visit to the area. Coffee shops and restaraunts were close enough to walk to or a quick easy drive.
