The condo is in a convenient location on Monkey Island. We had our golf cart and rode it everywhere. Excellent food at Shangri La and the other local restaurants. Live music and dancing at a few places as well. The golf and fishing are a huge plus.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was peaceful, quiet, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. Communication with the host was great—quick and helpful without being overbearing. It was perfect for our dogs, with plenty of space and a calm atmosphere. We really appreciated being left to ourselves while still knowing support was available if we needed anything. Plus, the location is super convenient—just a short drive to town and nearby stores. Would definitely stay again!

We always enjoy our time on Monkey Island. Fred’s place was one of the better units in the complex. Great location with a very nice golf course view from all rooms. Large unit with plenty of space and amenities. Fred was always responsive and made the process very easy. We will be back! .

Great location! Condo was very clean, as well as swimming pool, game room, and outside area. We enjoyed being able to walk to The Anchor and Shangri-La for meals. Very helpful and attentive staff throughout the complex. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent experience. Checkin is very similar to a hotel with 24x7 availability. Room was nice and the Murphy bed was comfortable and very easy to set up. Nice golf course view from the back porch. I highly recommend this property. Excellent value for the cost.

Jesse was awesome to work with and the property was even better than we were expecting,. The price we paid was better than what we saw for comparable properties, so I definitely will check with Jesse before we book elsewhere for our next trip. I highly recommend both Jesse and the Worldmark Club Wyndham at Grand Lake.

Absolutely beautiful home! Mark was there to show us around and was so helpful while showing us things about the home. They were very responsive and accommodating. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Truly a gem!

Great place to stay and Julia is amazing. We had an a/c issue when we got there, but Julia quickly had it fixed the next day and offered to comp us a partial refund for that night or extra day without us having to ask for compensation. The house is great! Very clean and felt like home. Love that there’s a shower upstairs and downstairs. Absolutely beautiful views off the back deck!! We were there for our daughter’s wedding so we were quite busy the whole time. Wish we could have enjoyed the house and deck more. So glad we stayed here. Thanks Julia!!!!

Kristy was absolutely amazing! We had a minor issue on checking in and she solved it immediately. When our trip was complicated by a scheduling issue, she graciously allowed us a late check out. We were there for a dog show, and this was one of the most pet friendly homes we have ever stayed in. The kitchen was absolutely fantastic with a lovely gas stove. The house has two dining areas and two living rooms so it’s great for a small group! Highly recommend!

The hosts were super proactive in communication and the price was a good value. The location can't be beat, right off a main street, a block from the police/fire station, and tons of restaurants, 4 coffee shops, shopping, urgent care, et all within a mile. The neighborhood and house felt safe with the ring, deadbolt and attached garage. All the rooms are large, comfy leather reclining couch with streaming on the TV and the fenced yard was super nice for our pets. The Keurig, water and snacks were a nice touch and came in handy! The only thing that could be improved is the double bed mattress in the second bedroom, it was very firm for my liking. We will definitely stay again!

Cabin is very inviting inside, covered outdoor kitchen was great place to sit and visit . Great breeze coming through the days we were there. Nice private bedrooms. Thumbs up for us. 👍

This is a great and homey place to stay in, even though it's an apartment it was very quiet and a great place to stay!

Our stay was great! We had the best time! We loved the homey feel! Only suggestion is to have extra blankets .

We had our wedding at Miranda’s home and it was so so beautiful! My guests all loved it! It was quiet and private. The home is large with a perfect entry to have guests use for the eating and to use the bathroom. The outside of the home is absolutely beautiful and the decor inside was perfect. We used the front of her home for our ceremony and it was gorgeous. Miranda and her husband were very accommodating. I want to do it all over again!! 150% recommend to brides or just a great relaxing weekend for a large family.

Ashley’s place was absolutely fantastic! From the start, communication was seamless, and she was incredibly accommodating with our request for an early check-in, which made our arrival stress-free. The home itself was spacious, clean, and exceptionally comfortable—perfect for our family getaway. It truly felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights was the easy access to the pool and workout area, which was a huge bonus. The kids especially loved the surrounding area and had a great time exploring. All the instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made settling in very smooth. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely choose to stay here again. We’re already looking forward to our next trip to town!

This was our first Airbnb experience - and it was a great one! The host was fabulous - went out of her way to offer us a high chair & pack n play for our daughter because she noticed we'd registered an infant. Also left us a basket of toys for her to play with that were a huge hit! Everything we needed was included, it was very peaceful, cozy and comfortable. Absolutely plan to come back again and maybe even bring some more family!

was in town for a family members graduation. needed a place to stay at night. it worked fine for our needs. it is on the small side as the title describes being in the loft. occupies the 2nd and 3rd floor of the compounds clubhouse so there are plenty of stairs but the stairs felt safe and easy to use. we didn't see much use of the clubhouse so it was quiet. the place was clean and sufficiently stocked. each floor had its own ac and they worked fine. just a note on getting in. the lockbox has a set of keys on a small black key fob. the fob gets you into the clubhouse and the door that opens to the stairs to the 2nd floor. the keys open the apartment door.

John was a great host! Quiet location, spacious home, great proximity to the lake and restaurants!

This was such a smooth and easy process! All amenities were thought of! Especially liked the well stocked kitchen. We made breakfast and dinner every day and enjoyed swimming, ping pong, pool, games and movies!
