We’re delighted to welcome you to our beautiful ground floor apartment. It is an easy 300 meter walk to Epiq Marketplace - with shops including Woolworths/BWS - and just a 4 minute drive to the beach and gorgeous Lennox Village with its fabulous cafes, boutiques and outstanding restaurants. Don’t pack bulky beach towels or a beach umbrella, as they are supplied! Come visit! There’s building construction across the road from us but please park in our driveway when you return from your day trips!

Your studio apartment is completely self contained and not under the same roof as my house , but it is part of the building . You have your own entrance and exclusive use of a section of the timber deck . The space is lockable via the one entry door and security lights are installed outside . The setting is in a very quiet street and next to a beautiful little park , which is home to many birds , a pair of brush turkeys and the occasional koala . Lismore’s CBD is only 4 minutes drive away .

This spacious guest suite with it's own private full bathroom separated from the main house by a garage is positioned overlooking Hidden Valley Estate where you'll find kangaroos roaming and lounging about. With it's own separate entrance you will have total privacy. Fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle are provided as well as a shared BBQ. North Beach is home to great food, wine and beer (Barrio, Stone and Wood, NBH Bottleshop), great shopping (Habitat) and the best fitness and wellness businesses in Byron Bay (F45, Bende, Hustle, Comma). Please note that this studio is not suitable for extra guests, parties or for Schoolies.
