It has a large private yard and front porch. Parking available on street or in the back of the house. You can find a park, Hy-Vee, Casey’s and Dollar General within walking distance. This home was well located and was exactly what we needed for our 7 day visit to Maryville for my son's wedding. Close to the University where he and his wife work. We did not spend a lot of time in the rental as we were busy site seeing and visiting. The home met our needs just fine.

This is a nicely built out 20 foot shipping container with a stellar AC unit. The kitchen and bathroom are clean and functional. The pull out bed is actually comfy and clean. This is a great place to get a look at RV living, as it's an rv park with full timers. Was friendly and folks mind their own business. Not sure if there are walking trails, most the stuff along the river is no trespassing. Was a nice easy getaway place for a campfire. Brought my own small grill. Would go again. Good coffee machine and coffee. Kitchen is stocked with dishes and silverware. Microwave works good.
