Really enjoyed the stay. It was the perfect location to everything we needed to do in Athens. It is in the middle of everything. I got lucky on parking most nights, but not having parking spaces was nerve wracking. Other than that loved it. Kitchen had everything b you would need and everything matched loved it.

Jill's loft was absolutely perfect. Loved how it was decorated. The location was ideal downtown Athens. Everything we needed was walkable.

The Hideout is so, so cute! Everything is brand new and modern, and the hosts seemed to have thought of everything! We were busy the whole time we were in town, so we didn’t have as much time to stay at the house as we would’ve liked, but it was wonderful to have this spot as our “home base” while we were in Athens. Very friendly and helpful hosts! We ended up needing to add a day on to the beginning of our stay, and Crockett was able to accommodate the request, connecting with me in a good amount of time. Definitely recommend!

I loved the location of the Bobbin Mill cottage. Everything was so peaceful and quiet (except for those crazy Cardinal birds - LOL!). The unit was spacious and mostly sparkling clean. The bed was so comfortable. It was good to have the two wall heaters that worked so well, since it got a little chilly on a couple of the nights of my stay. I truly appreciated the responsiveness of the people with MPM Vacation Rentals who worked with me to make it possible to check-in a little early, and then quickly refunded my early check-in fee when it turned out I couldn't get to the property until after the standard check-in time. I enjoyed the two large TVs, even though the internet service through the eero Wi-Fi device was a bit spotty. It went down numerous times during my stay. Some other suggestions I might have for the host is to stock the kitchen with more non-perishable conveniences (like coffee creamers and sweeteners) and to do some repairs on weather stripping on the front door. Very cute nice private basement apartment. Awesome surroundings with creek and canoes etc. awesomeness to the max. The room temp was too low when we got there… but it took a lot of cuddling over the first night (very fun I have to say). It took an intervention by the host the next day who added a small space heater to help the room make it to our desired temp. The bed was amazing and the host communicated well too and quickly helped correcting the temp issue. Thank you!

The place was beautiful, just as described, and very comfortable for an extended stay. I felt as well at home there as I do in my own place. Some other reviews have mentioned difficulties in communication or the particulars of check-in, and I did experience some inconsistencies when communicating with different team members about exactly how I was going to get the entry fob—my impression was that their internal communication was imperfect. Once I had the correct clear instructions, though, the check-in and everything else was a breeze. I had a great stay and would not hesitate to spend an extended stay at the same place again. I paid less for a better place than my friends who were in hotels.

The apartment is well furnished, attractive, and comfortable. The couch is easily transformed into a bed and there are plenty of sheets, blankets, and pillows for it. The location is great: a quiet neighborhood with sidewalks on one side, many restaurants in easy walking distance on the other.

We enjoyed our time here. Very clean, conveniently located, and helpful host. My family will book again when we return to UGA.

We had a great time on our girls trip staying at Nona’s place. If you are wanting to stay in the heart of downtown Athens, but still have a space that feels private, this is it. We loved how the door to get in felt like a Harry Potter door! Once you’re inside the flagship is SO spacious!! The two living areas would be perfect for watching football on game days! The decor is so cute too and we loved Nona’s hand drawn murals. Nona was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Thanks Nona for a great stay!

Groovy home was better than expected. The location is a nice quiet very safe neighborhood. It’s a short ride to downtown. Very spacious, it’s basically like renting a whole home. Charles was excellent at communicating everything upfront. We had zero issues and are hoping it’s available anytime we are in Athens.

Best experience ever!! The little things from the popcorn machine to the games made everything so much like home!! I absolutely loved how they had a binder of rules and regulations with things to do in the area!! 10/10 would recommend

This place exceeded our expectations. It’s better than the pictures. Best part of this place is the screened in porch surrounded by forestry. We sat out on the porch each night and had breakfast on it every morning. The place was clean and had all amenities needed for a short or long stay. We asked if she had a pack n play for our infant to stay in and it was all set up when we arrived. I kept saying all weekend how happy I was to have booked here. She was very responsive months before our stay and we had immediate responses during our stay whenever I messaged her.. This place is truly a gem.

Teri's place was a dream! The unit overlooked the most beautifully landscaped zen garden with windchimes and was so peaceful! Also I loved how well it was stocked with everything you could think of including water, drinks, coffee even half n half in the fridge, breakfast bars, snacks etc! there was also a sound machine on the bedside table and a book listing the local recommended restaurants and things to do. She really thought of everything to make you feel at home and I would highly recommend her place!

I spent 5 nights attending a conference being held at the University of Georgia. The apartment was just a few minutes walk from the venue. There are plenty of great restaurants in the vicinity. The apartment itself was delightful, safe and secure. I appreciated the snacks, the apartment’s art and its price. Most of all the hosts were responsive to my questions, and were super friendly. I would not hesitate to stay there again the next time I am in Athens. The space was perfect for one person, and possibly two if you know them well. Thanks for offering the perfect space.

My friends and I were looking for a place away from the city where we could unwind but still be near places we could go exploring. Wingate was an incredible host, showed us around the property when we first got there and made sure we had everything we needed, he even left a few treats for us to try! Absolutely loved the decor, it had a bit of history to it which was nice. Definitely would like to come back one day, this time booking the top suite!

This was an amazing location. We we're at an event at UGA, and this location was at best a 5 minute drive there. There is a great shopping center right around the corner. We had our kids with us (12, 10, 8) and all the places we wanted to look okay we're within a 15 minutes drive. Jon was a great host, and was great to work with on the arrangements. I highly recommend this property.

Absolutely fantastic! We loved this space and location for UGA graduation. The apartment is beautifully renovated with so much more space than I imagined from the photos. Walkable to everything! My only negative is that I didn’t run across this place earlier in our journey with two kids at UGA, but I would definitely return if we’re back in Athens. Highly recommend!

Great location. Very clean and well appointed and the host was very responsive. You do have to go up 35 stairs from the street, which was fine with us, but others may have an issue. You can’t beat downtown Athens. Go Dawgs!

Jason's unit is a great spot located in the heart of Boulevard. It's easily walkable to downtown and Normaltown, is easy to access, and is very comfortable. Parking and other logistics are very straightforward. We look forward to returning again!

Great spot! Wish we good have used some of the outdoor amenities but weather did not cooperate with our schedule! Beautiful spot!
