We had a wonderful graduation weekend stay at Tom’s beautiful, spacious, modern, newly renovated house in Athens. It’s even more beautiful than the pics. The beds are very very comfortable the shower was luxurious and the kitchen well stocked, clean and socializing areas very comfortable. Tom was super sweet to let us stay later to enjoy Mother’s Day lunch with the family. Stay here! You’ll love it!

We really enjoyed our stay at Josh’s home. It was perfect for a family gathering for our son’s graduation. It was roomy, beautifully updated, and had everything we needed for our stay. It had a long driveway that accommodated several cars. It was located close to campus but far enough to be out of the hustle and bustle. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Josh’s communication was impeccable. Friendly and quick to respond. We felt like we found a gem in Athens and would highly recommend this home.

Internet doesn’t pick up and can’t watch t.v. Other than that the work she’s done is beautiful.

We were traveling and needed a place to stay for the night. This place exceeded our expectations. I would definitely recommend this place.

We stayed in Rachel’s place for over two months while our house was repaired after a flood. We were so thankful to have a very comfortable place for our family during this time; it was kid-friendly and dog-friendly, with a little sunroom that became our daughter’s playroom and big fenced backyard for our dog. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials and the bed was comfortable enough for a longer stay. It’s a great in-town location with easy access to normaltown and downtown Athens. Rachel was a great host and was flexible with our check-out date since we couldn’t totally predict when we would get to go home. Overall we had a great experience here, definitely recommend!

Loved our stay at this house! It's incredibly kid-friendly with lots of toys and games, not to mention a huge playground you can walk to. This house is in a great neighborhood with lots of amenities nearby, and it has a large, secluded backyard to boot. Jonathan is a proactive host who made the whole process a breeze. Highly recommend this house!

Enjoyed our stay! Townhouse was just as described. Our kiddos loved the daybed and colorful couch downstairs. Community pool was a plus!

Neighborhood was very nice and quiet. The place was very clean and loved the coffee in the morning! It’s about 1 mile from the stadium and I was expecting it to be just a little bit closer. The host was very responsive and a pleasure to work with! I would definitely recommend.

Brian's place was great for visiting Athens. Quick to get to the university. This was definitely one of the cleaner airbnbs we've stayed at in a while. Very responsive host. Plenty of amenities, and a fun space to hang out with friends. Would definitely recommend, go dawgs.

Hannah’s place was exactly as described! It was an easy drive downtown to lots of restaurants and shops. The beds were very comfortable, and it was the perfect place for my friends and me. Hannah was also always responsive and friendly!

Great location right across from Wire Park. Can also walk to town with sidewalks the whole way. Great house for dogs with large fenced in backyard and Cynthia is very responsive and helpful

Wally is a gem! Not only is he the most courteous and helpful host, he has a wealth of history in his place. I enjoyed his book collection and seeing his photos from his time in the Navy. I feel like I know him personally now. Thank you for a great stay and than you for your service, Wally!

I couldn’t tell enough people about this place. I loved it so much I was already looking up next availability before we left! This is the most magical and peaceful place, and was so sad to leave. Great house with room for so many! We were glad to find this rental for UGA graduation - location is a quick drive to campus or downtown. Really close to Mama’s Boy for breakfast! House was big and had everything we needed for a great stay in Athens.

We can’t say enough positive things about our stay here at Atticus’s property. From the clear directions, to the detailed instructions on how to unlock the door, to the meticulously clean interior, the VERY comfortable bed and even the unexpected snacks and beverages left for us on the kitchen counter and table. The home was stocked with PLENTY of bath towels, extra blankets, and bathroom and shower supplies. The kitchen had all the utensils you could need, and all cabinets and drawers were detail labeled to make finding something you need super easy. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful with a “safe feel” and we were less than 5 minutes from the 10 Loop, and 10 minutes from campus, while Epps Bridge restaurants and retail shops were less than 10 minutes away. Be sure to not let the idea of a “basement apartment” be a concern… it was an exceptional stay and nothing about it felt like a “basement”. 110% chance we will stay here again when we come to visit Athens! Go Dawgs!
