This home is located in Clayton, NY in The Thousand Islands. It resides on 11 acres bordering The French Creek situated on The St. Lawrence River. One mile to historic downtown Clayton. Spacious back deck. This is a pet friendly home. New fenced in back yard. All new flooring. New paved driveway. New larger firepit. It is not directly on the River but it is about 1/4 away as the crow flies. It is very close to downtown. About a 5-minute drive or a nice, 20-minute walk. Level 2 EV charger.

Walk 100 yds to the Antique Boat Museum or grab a pizza and beer at the Wood Boat Brewery. Having a wedding in Clayton this summer - this home would serve as the perfect spot for family and guests. Great for launching at Mary Street Boat ramp and they have docking spaces there to rent. We having parking for up to 2 boats and trailers behind our house.
