Holiday rentals with lake access in Clayton

Our family gathered in Watertown to have Thanksgiving with our son who lives there and is stationed at Ft. Drum. We wanted a nice place on the water where the adults could stay and the family could gather for Thanksgiving dinner. Jane's place was nice and cozy for the adults who stayed and enjoyed by all who came for dinner. Jane was responsive to any communications and helpful when we thought our stay may have to be extended due to the threat of 60+ inches of lake effect snow. We were able to check out on time and would love to return when we could truly enjoy the yard, water access, kayaks etc.

This house was the perfect place for a few days of peace and quiet! It was very clean and well decorated. I would recommend this to friends and family!

This place was beautifull! In a great, quiet and peaceful location. Would highly recommend and definitely come back for another stay! Lauren was super nice, responsive and clearly takes pride in hosting!

Beautiful surroundings and a really cozy cottage. Everything is as advertised and the host provided clear instructions and was quick to respond to questions. The place has everything you need to spend a few relaxing days. My only regret is not staying for more days :)

Daniel's place was beautiful overlooking swan bay.we had a relaxing time there, loved the view n house was great,.We had all the luxuries of home.We would highly recommend this place n would definitely pick this house to come back to

The view of the bay was stunning! We loved the little fire pit outside. The little town was quiet and the house itself was beautiful and clean. Since we were there in April, we used the wood stove every night just for ambiance. The house was very comfortable. Had a few questions about the door lock, but the manager went above and beyond with responsiveness and friendliness. Great place to stay!

We had such a great stay!! the flat is so cozy, you feel like you’re at a cottage in the country - but downtown is a quick and lovely walk away. Would definitely stay here again. Jan also graciously let us check out later than originally planned when we had a last minute schedule change. Thanks Jan!

spacious clean apartment with small but full kitchen, comfortable living room and comfortable king bed. a little tricky to find .. house numbers small ... and had a bit of trouble at check in .. but Barbara was very responsive to a phone call and greeted us with the key code we needed to get in. no river view as it was fall but just a short walk from house.

We had a great time here. Amazing and convenient location. The host is pretty responsive and very helpful. Overall a relaxing experience.

awesome location, exactly as pictured and described. Just maybe a heads up that the first floor of the building is empty, but being renovated to be a shop/cafe. Wasnt a problem for us, but may make the spot a bit busier in the future.

We were the first to stay in Jonathan’s place which is above the restaurant he owns. He is a friendly, responsive host and the place has a beautiful water view. One minute from the ferry and easy walking to the store and local restaurants. The unit is spacious and bright. There are steep steps to get up to the unit so may not be the best for anyone with mobility issues.

We were extremely pleased with our stay and enjoyed being able to stay close to the lake and where we sailed. The apartment was comfortable, clean and welcoming. It was within walking distance of the village and historic sites. We couldn't have booked a nicer place.

This was one of the prettiest Airbnb's we've ever stayed at. Very unique interiors and beautiful location right by the water. Great location with a lot of restaurants around. We had a minor issue when we got there but the host was so quick to respond and fix it for us. Highly recommend!

Very charming cottage with river view and deck that we had hours of swimming and boating . Child friendly home and deck. The home was comfortable for our whole family and had everything we needed for our stay. We look forward to booking again.

Fun place! Inside: big kitchen with plenty of utensils, great views, upper loft mega-space, big bathroom, games, Internet/TV (Netflix worked great). Very impressed with the bed comfort. Outside: great deck and dock, nice chairs and picnic table, good parking fit 2 vehicles, road noise & activity was VERY minimal despite our initial concern, 3 kayaks + canoe, easy boat access (shore or dock), still waters most of the time. There are only 3 life jackets. Kayaks are open top style, paddles are stiff (good thing). The islands are just a short distance away. They looked far at first, but I ended up exploring around at least 10 Island before heading back. A seasoned paddler could easily get into town. Winds can pick up later. Must be great fishing here- didn't try. Highly recommend this place for a great time on the river and easy access to nearby attractions. The heating/ cooling system looked awesome but we did not need it.

We had a great time :) The location was beautiful. The river was our back yard :) Jen and Joe helped us get to town the 2nd day we were there and they even supplied us with more shampoo :) we loved Canada so much. everyone there that we met, we're so friendly and nice to us :) the cabin was just big enough for us . The bed was very comfortable and we watched a couple of Dvds that they had. they had a huge collection movies to watch. Thank you Jen and Joe for everything you both did for us. with being our first time in Canada, we will definitely be back :). This is a fabulous cabin on the lake!! We ended up having our family of 4 plus a niece stay here during a family reunion in Kingston and this was wonderful! I like getting out of town, and this feels out in the woods, yet only a 20 minute drive to Kingston. The communication with Danielle and Jorden was immediate. The instructions to get to the cabin are clear. The cabin itself is very cozy and had everything we needed. It was very clean, the kitchen has all necessary appliances, the beds are very comfortable, the showers are great (but low pressure if something else, like the dishwasher, is running) The setting is in absolute paradise. The lake, the deck, the dock, the chairs, the fire pit, the hot tub... wow!Unfortunately for us, the weather was not great so we did not make good use of all the outdoor amenities. But even in the rain, it was so lovely to walk some of the nearby Cataraqui Trail. I will definitely try to make my way back to this Airbnb, hopefully in the warmer months.

We had a wonderful time. The house was more than we could have hoped for and Ken was so helpful. He went above and beyond to make it a great experience and stay. We enjoyed the lake and if you are interested in fishing it is a great place to catch fish! We will definitely be looking into a future stay!
