Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Coatepeque

We loved this house! The only thing we really struggled with was finding it, since our map didn't seem to register the address of the gated community, but Irma literally stopped what she was doing to give us directions and even offered to facetime us while we approached the house, so we wouldn't get lost. The house was beautiful, clean, air conditioned, and had wifi on both floors. Being able to do laundry before leaving back home was so nice. We didn't use the kitchen, since we went out to eat but it had everything you would need and the house was right next to a Walmart, which came in handy! Unfortunately, only one shower had hot water, but the other showers were very clean and provided shamppo and conditioner. The beds were very comfy as well. We didn't get the chance to use the pool, but it was a nice option to have. After long days out adventuring, it was so lovely to come rest at this accomodation. All in all, a wonderful stay and we would book again! Thanks Irma!

I’d like to start by saying how amazing this home is, very clean and incredibly spacious. Sandy, you have a beautiful home, and I truly appreciate how comfortable and enjoyable you made my stay. To anyone looking for peace and quiet, this is the perfect place. I highly recommend it! I'm already looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Few words. My husband would not let me reserve somewhere else. Wo love this place. Feel so secured and peaceful. Will continue our stay here when we go to Santa Ana.

We had such a great time at the house! Very spacious, clean, and safe location. The in-house cleaning was a plus, Roxanna was so sweet and did a great job. Highly staying here if you’re needing a nice home base to visit mountains, lake, beach, and city. Will be returning back soon! Thank you Claudia!

Met Rene at check in and he was wonderful. House is exactly as it looks. Upstairs balcony was great. Great space to kick back and relax. Pool was the main selling points for us and it was exactly what we were looking for. Pool table is not for kids so please be aware. Rene and Sabrina were great host. They were quick to respond or help. House has a toaster oven but we could not locate a tray or foil to use in it. That wouldve been nice but def not a deal breaker. Great place would def recommend and stay here again. Lost power at 5:30pm our last day but crap happens. Very happy with this place.

Place was great, Marlene and Marco (the housekeepers) were great as well. They helped us with anything we needed but also weren’t in the way. Beautiful location, would definitely stay again

I had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly sweet and accommodating truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The space was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely be staying here again in the future. Highly recommend!

El apartamento muy bonito, muy limpio, camas, almohadas y muebles muy cómodos, Katherine y Gerardo fueron muy amables, estuvieron atentos y a la disposición todo el tiempo. El edificio está muy cerca de supermercados, gasolinera y centro comerciales. Definitivamente recomendado al 100%❤️

Muy buen lugar y zona, fotos tal y cual al apartamento y descripción. Muy bello. Me volvería a alojar aquí. El único inconveniente, fue llegar al apartamento porque esta dentro de una residencial asi que cuesta entrar, encontrar parqueo por ser muy grande.

Lugar muy acogedor, impecable en término de olores y limpieza del apartamento, cama y almohadas muy cómodas . Me sentí como en casa y la ubicación del apartamento es muy buena ya que te permite acceder a lugares céntricos y turísticos.

The place was incredible and well equipped! Elena was super helpful, attentive and friendly. She even met up with me when I forgot something at the apartment after I checked out. I highly recommend this place. The only downside is how difficult it can be to get Ubers to come pick you up sometimes and there can be a lot of traffic in the area but if you rent your own car and avoid rush hour, you won’t deal with any of these issues! Excellent experience.

This place is AMAZING! We felt so comfortable here. It’s in a great location, the view is awesome, and we felt safe. There was plenty of space for all of our stuff and it was very clean. I would definitely stay here again and I even look forward to going back when I’m in the area again! 5 stars for sure!

We had another great stay at this apartment. It’s clean, located in a gated community with parking, and easily accessible on the first floor. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the building is well-maintained. The hosts are always available to answer any questions, which we really appreciate. Location is also very convenient, with restaurants, a supermarket, and convenience stores just minutes away. Overall, it was a solid choice, and we’d stay again!"
