John’s house is amazing. Very spacious and plenty of amenities. 10-15 mins to Suntrust Park. Would definitely stay again!!!

Perfect place for our family Christmas in Atlanta. We all loved the social kitchen, lovely living spaces lined with books and comfortable bedrooms. We really appreciated being able to stay in a real family home over the holidays. Plus the hot tub was a nice added perk.

Location was excellent. Walkable to many restaurants, trader Joe's and more. parking was a bit tight, but definitely can fit 2 cars tandem in the driveway which was really helpful since there was very little street parking. The home was clean and Stewart was super responsive, even at 1am. Sorry about that Stewart! We had 8 ladies celebrating a birthday and there was plenty of towels and bathrooms and beds to go around. The 2 washer and dryers were useful but we didn't need it. Overall great stay and would stay again.

Happy to stay here again and bring the kiddos this time! We spent most of the time outside enjoying the peaceful surroundings, pool and hot tub. Great location- plenty of restaurant options and nearby grocery. No complaints and hope to stay again!

This place was perfect! Spacious, clean and the hot tub was a huge bonus! It was in the perfect location. The response time was quick and extremely helpful. We felt safe and secure the entire stay. Everyone slept comfortably with all the space and beds available. 10 out 10 would recommend.

It was a nice place for my vacation. The neighborhood was peaceful. It was also 5 mins away from thr interstate, so it wasn't hard to get to places. We enjoyed our visit.

Sue's place was great! It was exactly as described. There was a gas station in walking distance, which was great. It was just a 10 minute drive away from the GWCC, which was great! Thanks Sue! Would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Home was decorated very nicely, was comfortable for our group of 4. Neighborhood was quiet and located close to the highway to reach all of the attractions. Morgan was extremely nice and responded to any questions promptly.

Todd has a Great place to stay close to Atlanta without much trouble to get to, with awesome beds, great kitchen and dining areas inside and outside, we had a group of men and lady's the bunk beds worked Great so everybody had their own bed. Had a small problem with the tv or internet Todd was there and had it fixed in a snap. Would recommend the Owl house to anyone. 5 Stars for the Owl House

My husband and I, along with 2 dogs, were evacuating our home due to Hurricane Milton. We booked Beth & Edwards’s place in the road. It was a perfect, relaxing getaway. Beth and Edward are very friendly and welcoming. Their dogs are adorable, too! The unit is very clean and has the most comfortable bed! I love that it has a full size refrigerator. The backyard is big and filled with tons of plant. We got to see the deer, too. The neighborhood is nice and relaxing, too. The lake is one block away and we had plenty of areas to walk and explore with the dogs. This is a wonderful place and we are so thankful it was available. Just what we needed for our small escape!

David’s place was awesome!! Definitely worth it & will definitely book again when traveling to Marietta! My family & I had an awesome time & loved loved loved the house!!!

Guia’s place was perfect. We were still finding new amenities even as we were checking out hahaha. Tons of games in the garage made for fun times with the little bit of down time we had. Plenty of space and places to sleep and the grounds the house is on us super cool. Being greeted by the equine neighbors that share the property in the morning is definitely a nice thing to wake up to. Home is in an incredibly quiet area and only about a half hour to all the cool Atlanta stuff. Easy 5-star all the way around.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bryce’s place — the home itself was beautiful and the location was fantastic! It was the perfect spot for our trip. Bryce was a great host overall, and we’d be happy to stay here again!

I had an amazing stay at the Trace. Everything was as described in pictures . House was free from dirt, dust, and clutter, with surfaces regularly cleaned and maintained. Very clean bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms with great amenities. Nice outdoor patio. Excellent location, with nearby entertainment, and restaurants. Mark was a very responsive host and worked with me on my last minute stay. I will definitely stay again .

Patrick was a great host and if y needed anything he would be there! Also came down stairs to guide us through the building!

Easy, clean and no problems!

Everything was immaculate and we had a wonderful stay. The only negative we could come up with was the hot water was less than desired.

Stayed here for a week with my son who had a baseball tournament. Great location. We were centrally located to most high schools and the East Cobb complex we had games at. There are plenty of restaurants and a Publix within 5 minutes away. While it was very hot out during our stay the apartment was kept comfortable even though there was no separate thermostat at the time of our stay. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The apartment was very clean. The living room area is spacious and sofas are very comfortable. The bathroom is on the small side so it may not be ideal for a large person. The bedroom is very quiet and the bed is very comfortable. There are plenty of drawers and closet space. The kitchen is large and is equipped with all necessities. The laundry room is right off the kitchen and with the door closed you never hear the washer or dryer. The communication with Sandra and Steve was easy and they were quick to answer and address any needs. We will definitely look to stay again when in the area.

Perfect location in the middle of Buckhead within walking distance to shops of all kinds. Comfortable, safe home with central air, easy access to parking and an outdoor space. The gym was great as was the pool. If you're a breakfast eater you'll be close to the Flying Biscuit, an Atlanta must.
