It is 3 km from the city center, 700 meters from Martin de Sá beach, and 200 meters from local shops, Freira beach and the Camaroeiro overlook. THE APARTMENT IS ON THE 3rd FLOOR AND THE BUILDING DOES NOT HAVE AN ELEVATOR.
