The chalet is ground floor and perfect for couples, families, seniors and people with reduced mobility. The beach has a good structure of kiosks. Access to the beach is easy, taking a parallel road of 8 km and paved.

The room is well lit due to glass doors that give access to the cottage's private backyard, which has a barbecue and garden. Distance of 900 meters from the beach, approximately 11 minutes on foot. The chalet has 200MB fiber internet.
