Apartment holiday rentals in Coco

The place was perfect for our situation. We had a flight that was supposed to go to SJO and instead ended in Liberia, which resulted in us staying overnight. So we decided to have a few days in a beach town and stayed here. It was the perfect way to make lemonade out of lemons.

Overall we loved this place. Highly recommend. Calin met us upon arrival which was helpful. Location is great. Short walk to the beach and short drives to 3 other beaches Several restaurants in walking distance. Nice friendly community in a cluster of condos. If you’re staying more than 5 days buy some extra toilet paper and paper towels. And bath soap and shampoo. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. It was a great start to our 3 week adventure in CR. The place was super clean and very comfortable, the pool was super good, there were clean cloths, the Ocotal beach very close, in general I recommend it!

Excellent location, it is approximately 10 minutes from the center where you can find everything. The place has a beautiful view and everything is very clean and tidy. The condominium is very quiet. I recommend it and hope to come back !

This apartment was exactly what we were looking for! Its a bit out of the way but perfect for a quiet, relaxing home away from home. Very close to the beach and Father Roosters restaurant. Sneza was a great host and allowed for us to have a late check out which was very much appreciated. We will be back!

Great spot for anyone visiting Del Coco, very close to city centre, just a couple of blocks from the beach. I enjoyed early morning swims and watching the sun set everyday 🤍 Diana’s place was perfect for me to rest and relax, the pool and laundry in the complex really made this the perfect spot unwind and enjoy my stay

Arcadia is the sanctuary you've always dreamt of, especially sunsets. I always made sure I was there to watch the sun go down, as that view is breathtaking. This place far exceeded our expectations, and the host was more than accommodating. Have and would HIGHLY recommend this remote spot, it is everything and more!!!!

After over 20 visits to Costa Rica I thought I had seen everything but I was wrong. This gem was fabulous! This condo is no more than 150 meters (probably less) from the beach, super comfortable bed, swimming pool, and walking distance to everything that one needs. Oh how I wish every other stay was as good as our stay here!

Great place altogether, easy to access, great communication with Clermont and has everything you need. Good space, so you don't feel locked up, it has kitchen, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, 2 TVs, table with extra chairs... The bedroom is comfy and everything felt private, despite being in front of the pool, which is a nice add. About a 15' walk to the beach and even quicker to get to a market for example. Really recommended!

Our stay was perfect, the apartment is very nice, comfortable and has everything we need. The place is very quiet and nice, the pool is great. I highly recommend Marina's place to stay 100%.

We Loved this condo. The unit is Located Right next to the pool. Walking distance to the beach. Was perfect for our group. Alan was the perfect host. I Would definitely stay here again.

The place is very close to beautiful beaches, without unnecessary noise, accommodation equal to what is offered on the page, clean, well equipped, very good attention from Andrés for all the concerns we had, the facilities very clean and safe. I would definitely come back in the future. It is advisable to have a high vehicle for these rainy dates, to be able to move within the area, since the entrance street is ballast

Love the place! Very clean, nice apartment, love the pools, and the location! My family wanted to go back after we left. They were getting used to the area, stores, and restaurants. Host was responsive, answered immediately, provided tips, and extra information. The staff and other residents were very polite and friendly. Liked that everyone was doing their own thing and without invading others.

Absolutely amazing stay! The place was lovely — beautifully styled, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. The view was spectacular, offering a high vantage point over the beach that made every sunrise and sunset feel special. It's also in a great location, very close to all the best beaches around Potrero and Las Catalinas. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We’ll definitely be coming back!

Aqua de LaChuga (ADL) was amazing! It was easy to find, getting in to the unit was easy and it was nicely cleaned in anticipation of our arrival. When we did have questions, Paul was super responsive and provided succinct information that we needed. The pool at the location has to be the best in the area. Large enough to do laps if interested plus the "swim up bar" provided a nice place to get out of the sun but stay in the pool. The location of ADL can't be better. Everything we needed was no more than a 10 minute walk - the beach, grocery stores, gym, bank, barber, and restaurants both downtown and in Las Palmas. The long term residents were helpful when we had questions about societal norms or looking for recommendations. They are a welcoming group of expats. We used the balcony on the upper level of the unit every day for our meals and to watch the sunset. Having a full bath on both levels was helpful and the washer and dryer were a treasured amenity.
