This efficient bungalow is unique, quaint & well furnished. It is 2 blocks from NAU, urban trail, & a 10 min walk from downtown. The outside is fully fenced & shaded with several big trees. The inside is very inviting, relaxing, & outdoor vibe. We have 2 friendly adopted doodle dogs & we allowed guests to bring friendly dogs for a fee ($20 a dog per night). Located on the backside of a 1950's trailer park, our space is vintage, eclectic, and fun-built in the 30s by my great-grandpa. 100 yards from the water, our lovely wooden deck- is surrounded by trees, birds singing and good energy. No Sedona fakery! Only good vibes. Hear the creek, swim, hike and enjoy provided morning coffee and amenities. If you love nature and camping this place is for you.
