A sleeper couch that can fit two kids comfortably. A kitchen with basic amenities. A deck that you can enjoy with a BBQ grill. It is in a working neighborhood. It is conveniently located 45 minutes from the Grand Canyon. 15 minutes to Bearizona and the Grand Canyon Railway. Flagstaff is 35 minutes away.
