Eira Velha House

Small rural stone house restored with private garden and parking, offers tranquillity and a stunning view to Serra da Freita and Frecha da Mizarela waterfall. Casa Brandão was built by our gran grandfather Frederico Brandão in 1904 and is located nearby the river beach of Burgães in Vale de Cambra. In the proximities of the house begins 2 walking routes and a bicycle route on the banks of the river Caima. Other attractions: The Paiva walkways, the bridge 516 Arouca, the Freita Montain and the water fall Fecha da Mizarela. The property is located approximately at 70 Km (43 miles) of the airport of Oporto and 60 Km (37 miles) of the city of Oporto.

Granary House Arouca

The holiday bungalow (approx. 70 m²) is located on an estate with a renovated, antique mansion house near Aveiro (25 km), Porto (50 km) and Coimbra (65 km). For the guests of this bungalow, there are three terraces: a small terrace bordered by hedges, another large terrace with barbecue and seating and a roof terrace from which, depending on the weather, you can see the sea in the distance. The 5000 m² lower garden has footpaths, countless trees, shrubs and a fish pond.
