We had a great family stay, the place is as it appears in the photos, it is equipped with everything a family needs. They were flexible with check-in and check-out, communication was excellent. Of course, we'll be back and recommend the accommodation.

The place was awesome, so peaceful and quiet even though it's right in Soho! Martina and Joel were super helpful and gave us tons of great tips. The apartment looked just like the photos, and that patio is a huge plus. Highly recommend it.

Lilian was a wonderful host! She provided recommendations, was accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs, and even setup a dryer for us to use. The house was a great space for a group of seven. The location was awesome- so close to restaurants, Plaza Serrano, and more!

If you’re thinking about coming to Buenos Aires, don’t think. Buy the ticket. Come. Stay here. I’m so serious. You’re two blocks away from uptown bar which is sick, las cabras which has phenomenal asado, and super safe neighborhood. Can uber anywhere for less than $10. Book the trip, the only thing you’ll regret is leaving

Excellent unit in a beautiful part of the northern suburb. Plenty to do! Loved the area and the place itself. Clean, new and fully equipped. Host was extremely accommodating and gracious. Would definitely recommend !!

First time in Buenos Aires. We did practically everything on foot, subway and bus and the location helped a lot for this to happen. Close to everything. Pilar's apartment is beautiful! As seen in the photos . The neighborhood is also very safe and quiet. You can park on the street without any problem, and that is very convenient. The attention we received from Pilar was excellent. She was always attentive. Highly recommended, and we would return without hesitation!

Nice apartment in great area! I really love this part of BsAs! The apartment is a modern white box with nice decoration. I would recommend it for two people as max. It has own grill what we liked here. The building is also comfortable and warm - friendly reception, 2 elevator areas, etc. Here it is necessary to take into account that all the amenities are not just available - even gym - you need to prebook them. The swimming pool is not in use during winter season - it was +15 outside - but included into this quite high for BsAs price (our neighbours paid 2 times less for the same). And also the washing machines on the ground floor are not in a perfect condition - one of them killed my fav sport pants :( Mauricio was very friendly and reacted immediately as we had problems with sewerage or smth else. Thank you!

The arrival was smooth, Paula was waiting for us at the apartment and greeted us upon arrival to show us everything (we communicated throughout the day to indicate our arrival time). The apartment is beautiful, clean and organized. The kitchen is well equipped, ideal for a longer stay. All rooms have a heater, which was essential for the colder days. The apartment is outside the central area of the city, but transportation such as buses and subways are 2 blocks away. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms have good hot water pressure. There are markets and kiosks nearby.

The accommodation was wonderful, the environment is air-conditioned, there is air conditioning and a thermometer in the entire environment, the floor heats and heats the entire apartment. It is well furnished, the furniture and utensils are all of quality. They provide clean, fragrant, and quality towels and bed linen. The building has a laundry room and sauna that, when needed, was promptly attended to by the hosts, who were always available and always extremely friendly and attentive, and were clear and precise from the entrance to the exit. I recommend you all to stay.

It’s a cozy flat with a big terrace and a grill on the 8th floor of a nice building on a very homely neighborhood of Buenos Aires. Lots of places to buy fresh bread around and only about 700 meters to Cabildo and about 2km away from Chinatown. Place is awesome. I’d definitely return.

We found the entrance to the building and the apartment quite practical. During the stay we felt very comfortable! The apartment is in good condition and its location is nice. It has easy access to tourist spots.
