On the outskirts of the Charente department, located in the municipality of Chaniers, close to Saintes and all amenities (Coop supermarket, tobacco shop, hairdresser, bakery, butcher, florist, pizzeria, restaurants, market, etc.) 8 minutes from the A10, 35 minutes from the Côte de Beauté, 20 minutes from Cognac, 50 minutes from La Rochelle.
